A beautiful property with stunning views from all sides. Rooms were spacious and pool/tennis areas were brilliant.Only slight downside was the lack of ovens, but we made use of the outside ones and made do.

Wunderschöne Villa, sehr schlechter Service

Auch wir können diese Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen. Dieses Haus ist wunderschön gelegen, das Grundstück grandios, vor allem mit einer Großfamilie mit vielen Kindern. Aber vor allem das Inventar ist renovierungsbedürftig!Toilettenspülungen gehen nicht richtig, die Gartenmöbel sind nicht in vollem Umfang vorhanden oder kaputt, die Spülmaschinen und Waschmaschinen verlieren sehr viel Wasser und noch vieles mehr.Uns wurde ebenfalls -wie bei den Gästen der vorherigen Bewertung von 2024- erst nach Buchungsabschluss bei Fewo-direkt von Happy-Rentals mitgeteilt, dass eine zusätzliche Gebühr für die Endreinigung in Höhe XXX (Summe darf lt. FeWo direkt nicht genannt werden) fällig wird. Dann wurde uns vor Ort vorgeworfen, diese nicht bezahlen zu wollen. Der Kontakt vor Ort spricht kein Wort Englisch, wenn man also nicht absolut sattelfest italienisch spricht, wird die Kommunikation sehr schwierig. Es ist gesetzlich vorgeschrieben, das alle Kosten klar ersichtlich sind, und im Endpreis erscheinen müssen. Das ist definitiv nicht der Fall. Happy rentals fungiert hier als Zwischenvermieter, der Kontakt im Verbindungsformular ist NICHT der Kontakt vor Ort. Von einer Direktvermietung kann also keine Rede sein. Fazit: wunderschöne Villa mit riesigem Grundstück und tollem Pool, aber der gesamte Service hinterlässt einen sehr faden Nachgeschmack. Deshalb ist die Villa nur eingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

Nie wieder

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, wir haben uns nicht geweigert die Reinigungsgebühren zu bezahlen, sondern waren erst der Meinung das diese uns nicht auf der Hauptbuchungsseite angezeigt wurden und haben uns nun gewundert, das wir diese vor Ort zahlen sollten. Im nachhinein haben wir die Reinigungskosten versteckt im Kleingedruckten gefunden. Und auch vor Ort bezahlt. Es ist gesetzlich vorgeschrieben, das alle Kosten klar ersichtlich sind, und im Endpreis erscheinen müssen! Zudem wollte man uns auch noch am Abreisetag Gaskosten bezahlen lassen, obwohl im Vertrag steht das nur Gaskosten entstehen die für die Heizung gebraucht werden! Wir hatten mitunter 35 Grad da werden wir wohl keine Heizung in Anspruch genommen haben. Dieses Haus ist wunderschön gelegen, doch sind einige Dinge echt renovierungsbedürftig! Toilettendeckel, Festergriffe und noch vieles mehr. Die Betten in einigen Zimmern sind zum schlafen eine Katastrophe, man kann sich nicht drehen ohne das die Betten quietschen und man spürt die Matratzenfedern, so das schlafen kaum möglich ist. Ich werde dieses Haus nicht Weiterempfehlen, und werde auch eine angebrachte Kritik als Beurteilung abgeben. Mit freundlichen Grüßen  ​​​​​​​Ilona Giebert
