Check in process was a breeze. Location was perfect close to Glasgow central station. Lots of nearby by shops and restaurants. I couldn’t be happier with our stay.
Lovely flat in a very convenient location. Well furnished and everything that you need is there. Very comfortable and cosy. Labelling of the keys would be helpful - there are five but we only needed two (no car).
This rental is very conveniently located in walking distance to everything we wanted to do while in the city. It is on the third story and we did not see an elevator, but that was not a problem for us having a garage to park in was very convenient we had plenty of space and a wonderful day. Thank you. The host is also extremely helpful and offered many suggestions of things to do and restaurants in the area.

Liked: Check-in, communication
Disliked: Location, listing accuracy
The property was farther away from food and activities than we expected, especially with luggage. Be prepared for a hike or take an uber. The flat is located on the 4th floor with no elevator so don’t bring big luggage. The worst part however were the beds. You could feel every spring in the mattresses. There was absolutely no support. Since the primary purpose of the flat was for sleeping, this was an epic fail. We hardly slept and woke up sore. We will never stay here again.

The Good: I agree with most other reviewers. the apartment was in a good location on the east side of Glasgow. Shopping, groceries, restaurants and bus service were very convenient. The apartment had newer appliances in the kitchen and bathroom. washing/drying machine was convenient feature but the door was difficult to release at the end of cycle. The Bad: 4 flights of stairs not mentioned in the VRBO listing. Advertised as sleeping 4 but only 3 stools in eating area. The building is in disrepair. None of the building or door locks worked easily. The lights in the stairway did not work at night. and it was very dark climbing 4 flights of stairs in the dark. The host was responsive when contacted, but could not make up for the disrepair and inconveniences experienced. The 1 1/2 rolls of toilet paper ran out at the end of our 3 night stay. Bottom line: The host was very responsive and attempted to remediate all of our concerns during the stay. But, a VRBO rental shouldn't be this much work to stay in. I would not stay here again.
Excellent flat, quiet for Glasgow, light and airy. Loved the balcony. It’s third floor with no lift but that didn’t bother us at all. There is a pod coffee machine that I don’t think is mentioned in the description but is a bonus. Lovely 20 min walk to Hydro. Plan to stay again.
Excellent location, cute 4th floor apartment. No elevator!
This apartment worked perfectly for our stay. Pros - It was clean and nicely decorated. There was a bit of concern driving in, the neighborhood seemed a little sketchy. Turns out downtown Glasgow is just that way, rough around the edges with graffiti and a few street people. Once we were in it was fine, and we walked everywhere from there. Super close to restaurants, short walk to the train station, and withing walking distance to the cathedral and necropolis. The river walk was right around the corner and a beautiful stroll. Cons - 4th floor walk up only. 3 in our party were fine with this but we had one that struggled a bit (we're older) I don't recall seeing that on the listing but would have been good to know. The mattresses were not the most comfortable.
The location for the property was perfect. In a quiet street close to the central station the Clyde River and bus stations. The shared areas of the complex were quiet, gave the feeling of being safe and clean. I am an environmental activist and found the instructions to dealing with waste dismissive and lacking in detail. In the end it was better to use the Glasgow website to deal with our minimal waste appropriately
