Perfect Getaway location

The property was absolutely perfect to get away from the crowds and relax; the one small problem with one bathroom was fixed effectively; the management company was so thoughtful to provide some basic food essentials which we so appreciated; they arranged for a family photographer and a personal chef to make our vacation just perfect.

Luxury villa with the most stunning view! When we arrived we were warmly welcomed and found the fridge filled with delicious food and drinks. So instead of having to go on a shopping trip first we could simply enjoy the house and the pool from the first second of our arrival. Thank you so much for having us - everything was perfect and we would love to return!

Great Place, Not So Great Stay

The Villa and location are stellar and we could not have asked for more in those regards. Upon arrival there were at least 30 flies in the unit (that is not an exaggeration), which we spent a considerable amount of time chasing down and disposing of. We then experienced 2 plumbing issues. The first one was a leaking hose on the bathroom floor in the downstairs bedroom, which was handled during the day (it was an inconvenience to have the handyman in and out a few times, but not that big a deal). The other happened during the evening in one of the upstairs bedrooms, where a toilet started to constantly pour water into the bowl.. VERY loudly!! Unfortunately the toilets are installed in such a way that you can not turn off the water and apparently nobody is coming out to help you after hours. The pair sharing that room tried plugging there ears with toilet paper earplugs which did not work. I explained that we had to get up early the next morning, but nothing was done until the next day. The lack of sleep had quite negative impact on the boat tour we had the following morning, with a few folks falling asleep during it. The location and place are beautiful, but the plumbing issue and frankly lack of caring about our situation (my last text on how to turn off the water went unanswered until the next morning). The odds of this happening during a stay are probably low, but if it does it is VERY frustrating. I would not spend this type of money on this location again.

While we always aim for everything to be perfect, unforeseen problems can occasionally arise.Still, we strive to be as responsive and proactive as possible in addressing our guests' concerns.Regarding the leak in the downstairs bathroom, our maintenance guy was at the villa within 2 hours of your text.Later that evening, around 22:00, you reached out about the issue with the upstairs toilet.We responded within minutes and immediately began arranging for a plumber.By 8:00 the following morning, we informed you that a technician was on the way, and by 8:30 he had arrived at the property, although we understand you had already left for your tour. We’re truly sorry this situation disrupted your rest and impacted your plans for the following day. We take great pride in our guest support (as reflected in many past reviews), so it's disappointing to hear you felt let down. Please know that your comfort and peace of mind are very important to us, and your experience has already prompted us to revisit our after-hours emergency procedures.If you ever decide to return,we would love the opportunity to provide you with a smoother, restful experience. Villaen ligger meget smukt direkte ned til havet med solskin hele dagen. Den er rigtig godt indrettet og meget funktionel. Poolen er inddelt i 3 områder med et børnebassin på 0,50 meter, som vores barnebarn var meget glad for. Poolen blev rengjort 2 gange om ugen, så den var rigtig lækker. Villaen var ligeledes meget ren og pæn. Vores lokale vært og værterne i Rethymnon var under hele ferien utrolig hjælpsomme og altid til at komme i kontakt med. Vi har haft en fantastisk ferie og ville nyde at vende tilbage. Kan virkelig anbefale denne skønne villa

Traumhafte Lage für die totale Entspannung

Wer abseits der touristischen Hochburgen in einer traumhaft über dem Wasser an der Steilküste im Süden Kretas thronenden Villa entspannen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Völlig ungestört und exklusiv kann man dort die Zeit genießen. Die benachbarte Villa ist weit genug entfernt, so dass sich die Mieter der Häuser gegenseitig überhaupt nicht stören. Drei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenen Bädern, große Küche, großer Wohnraum, Esstisch im Freien und daneben ein offener Grill, vor allem aber der traumhafte Infinity Pool und der tägliche Blick über den Beckenrand auf das blaue Meer und in den farbgleichen Himmel werden lange in positiver Erinnerung bleiben. Regelmäßig wird der Pool gereinigt und die Wasserqualität geprüft, zur Mitte der Mietzeit gab es eine Reinigung der gesamten Villa mit Tausch der Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Die gesamte Abwicklung der Miete und weiterer Absprachen waren durchweg zuverlässig und top! Mit dem Auto fährt man entlang der herrlichen Coastal Road ins nächste Städtchen (Agia Galina) wo es ausreichend Geschäfte zum Einkauf gibt (frisches Fleisch, frischen Fisch, Gemüse etc.), ebenso zahlreiche gute Restaurants, wenn man selbst nicht kochen möchte. Die kurvenreiche, tw. spektakuläre Fahrt hin und zurück sollte man nicht als Anstrengung, sondern als optischen Genuss sehen.

Traumhaus in traumhafter Lage

Wir waren begeistert von dem schönen Haus, der riesigen Terrasse, dem großen Infinity-Pool und der traumhaften Aussicht auf das libysche Meer. Sonnenuntergänge im Meer inklusive! Check In und Betreuung während des Aufenthalts ließen keine Wünsche offen. Genauso die Ausstattung des Hauses und der Küche.
