The deck was an amazing space, looking over the beautiful property and ocean. Listening to the ocean waves over a morning coffee was our favourite thing to do!

Perfect stay

Very nice apartment with 3 separate rooms with private bathrooms and a shared spacious living room, kitchen and the most beautiful place - a terrace with a beautiful view of the sea and cliffs. The owner is very helpful, he accommodated us even when we arrived at a different check-in time.

Great appartement at a very nice place!

The appartement has tasteful furnishings, a wonderful view and the whole residential complex includes everything we needed. Shops etc are just around the corner. We had a very good time at Madeira Palace I.

Very good

The apartment was very good! Spacious, modern and with an excellent view to the ocean. We enjoyed it a lot! We did not like the check-in procedure, where we had to fill in some forms on the web site and also pay a deposit which was not announced on booking.com. Also, the underground parking was made such a way that only little cars can comfortably enter it, with a bigger car it was a great problem. But we were lucky to have a place on the territory so we did not enter the underground after the first day. General impression is excellent!

Traumhafter Familienurlaub

Das Apartment ist sehr schön! Es ist alles neu und sehr modern ausgestattet. Man hat von jedem Zimmer einen traumhaften Ausblick auf das Meer und abends einen wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang auf der Dachterrasse ! Es war alles perfekt 👌

maquina de lavar loiça e toalhas

Chegámos e o apartamento não tinha nem toalhas, nem papel higiénico. As toalhas apenas foram entregues a meio da manhã seguinte. A maquina de lavar loiça estava avariada e permaneceu durante toda a nossa estadia. Arranjámos o cortinado de um dos quartos, que não funcionava. Gostámos do espaço e da localização. É com certeza um local a recomendar e a voltar.

Wonderful Flat with a Great View

The flat is very spacious and everyone felt comfortable. The large terrace is ideal at the seafront location. There is a good bakery (Penha d'Águia) nearby and the Forum Madeira shopping centre is convenient for shopping. The Doca do Cavacas Natural Pools are within easy walking distance and are an experience. However the three pools at the accommodation are stunning!
