Response from VrboOwner on 19 Dec 2022
Hello John, Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. We've passed on your feedback to the owner who responded with the following: " The place is not cold at all, the maximum is reaching 30 Celsius degrees. There are three different sources of heat: central heating, air conditioning with heating options, and an electric fireplace. My welcome emails included all manuals on how to use thermostats etc. I was in constant touch with my guests John and Sharon (available for them 24/7). I received thanks for good communication from them so I don't understand why my guests, if not sure how to use all the above-mentioned heating sources, didn't mention to me anything about being cold. " Kind Regards, TravelNest Team

Dog friendly

This accommodation is perfect, nice garden and secure for a small dog, and lovely woods for walkies without needing the car. Very clean and comfortable. I just wish I had found the towels before going out and buying one! They were in a bedroom cupboard hidden in a middle part. Very friendly locals.

Lovely

Lovely caravan. Very clean. Kitchen well equipped. Nice to have enough towels for everyone! Good shower. Only criticism is the blinds in the whole place are very thin and don’t block out any light which doesn’t make for easy sleeping.

Visiting family member

The property had good amenities and was well fitted out. It catered for all groups and would be suitable for families. It was also welcoming for dogs. Unfortunately I lost my dog just prior to our stay but it would have been ideal if he had been with us. The site had plenty of facilities to make holidaymakers at home and an easy life. We visited the shop, clubhouse and the restaurant. The accommodations outdoor space was well equipped with outdoor seating, lighting and garden space with mature plants. I am pleased to say we had the opportunity to use and relax in this space during our stay.
