This apartment was a great fit for our family of four, including two adult children. It was very clean, and the host was easy to reach and quick to respond. Someone was also there to greet us when we arrived.The location couldn’t have been better—close to great restaurants, grocery stores, and pharmacies. Just a couple of things to note: the stairs down to the third bedroom are quite steep, and the entrance to the downstairs bathroom is low, so you’ll need to duck.We had a wonderful time in Paris and really enjoyed our stay. We’d definitely recommend this apartment!

Beautiful quiet apartment in a great area. It was easy to communicate with the owners. The downstairs bedroom and bathroom are fine for people with no mobility issues, but difficult for others. We would not hesitate to stay here again if we are in Paris.

The location in the 3rd is ideal. Our family of five with a 22, 21 and 17 year old loved how we could walk everywhere. The apartment is street level with a bedroom on the lower level that we called the cave. With the lack of windows throughout the apartment it is quite dark and musty. However the location was perfect.

Great place in Paris

Stayed 3 nights with our family of 4 including 2 teenagers. Had a great time. The place is very new and updated, clean and comfortable. Centrally located close to shops and cafes and the metro. Highly organized property managers ran smooth and efficient check in/out process. Highly recommend this great apartment in Paris.

Wonderful group stay!

We traveled with our family of 5 (all adults) and the layout worked great for us. Really enjoyed exploring Le Marais and this street was surprisingly quiet. Property is exactly as pictured and communication with property management team was excellent. We were very pleasantly surprised that the master has a king bed, not a queen as listed! All the linens were superb!

Marvelous in Le Marais

Firstly, this is the best location in Paris. We’ve stayed in many districts and this was the best Parisian experience. The neighborhood is very local and friendlyBeautiful shops and restaurants. All walking distance.Easy access to metro. The home was super well equipped and clean. Property managers checked in with us and responded very quickly to questions. The home was perfect for our family of 5. Recommend for sure!

Our stay at Jardin Prive was amazing! It is a comfortable home on a quiet street, in the beautiful 3rd Arrondissement. The host and property managers were friendly and helpful and even arranged for us to check in early, which was super helpful coming straight from the airport. We had a wonderful stay during a rainy stretch, so we weren’t able to use the courtyard, but that was a lovely feature! My husband and I were traveling with our two adult sons, and my elderly mother. There was plenty of room for all of us! The downstairs bedroom has a steep staircase my mother could not access but that wasn’t a problem, as there are two bedrooms on the main floor. It was a clean, cozy and charming place to stay, and was in a fabulous location!

Un appartement d'une grande qualité avec un raffinement européen et un confort nord américain. Les lits sont grands (une rareté en Europe) et confortables. Très bon guide pour les visiteurs; on voit que ce sont des gens qui connaissent le quartier. La rue est assez calme pour Paris. Hôte sérieux et très réactif. Comme le dit l'annonce, il est au RDC mais la petite cour intérieure apporte une belle lumière pour le salon et la chambre des maîtres. Parfait pour notre voyage à 5 avec nos jeunes adultes. Je recommande vivement.
