Located in the desirable south end/pier area of the island, this property is ideally located for walking to restaurants, bars, the pier, shops and the Marine Science Center. This top floor corner unit closest to beach boasts an ocean view from its spacious balcony. The inside of the unit has ample room for everyone. There is a fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, master with king, guest with queen, third bedroom with double and a single bunk which has been separated. The pool and hot tub are steps away. This condo has wifi and cable on brand new flat screen televisions.

Thank you for your review. We are disappointed that these concerns were never mentioned at any point during your stay, as we would have been happy to address any legitimate maintenance issue brought to our attention. Unfortunately, these complaints were raised only after the scheduled 10:30 AM checkout time had passed by several hours. At approximately 3:00 PM, the property still had not been vacated, despite our prior written response regarding the requested late checkout. Because we needed to regain possession of the property for the next reservation, law enforcement assistance was ultimately requested. We take guest concerns seriously and appreciate being notified of maintenance issues when they occur so that we have an opportunity to address them. However, no concerns regarding the balcony locks, furniture, or shower door were reported during this your stay. In fact, we came out with a brand new lock on our own and you didn’t say a word. We had noticed it was damaged during cleaning and immediately ordered a replacement. We came out during your stay to replace it. We’re pleased to hear that the you found the kitchen and bedrooms satisfactory, and we will, of course, inspect the items mentioned in the review. We wish you all the best with your future travels elsewhere.

Beautiful condo and great location

We enjoyed our stay! Condo was very nice and the balcony was amazing! It’s in perfect location. Close to pier and plenty of shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay. The complex is older and pool did not have easy access but over all a great place to stay.

Wonderful place to stay!

We had a great time. Great accessibility to restaurants and shops by foot. Elevators make loading and unloading easy. The pavilion and pier are so easily accessible. The accommodations are fantastic. The balcony is a great place to sit and relax and enjoy the view.

A wonderful location & short walk to the beaches, shops, & multiple restaurants. There was an issue with the elevator the first day, but the owner was very punctual, working with the maintenance crew to get it fixed. The view from our corner balcony was amazing in the morning, where you could watch the sunrise over the beach. This was a spacious condo, with room for our entire family.

We go to Tybee once a year and have for the last 6 years, we go to not only take in the island but to pier fish. we were in a perfect place to walk to the pier in less than 5 minutes. the condo was perfect.

The area was nice and close to the pier, stores and places to eat. The elevator was not working the whole trip which was hard for some of my family to get up to 3rd floor we were not aware for this before we arrived. The room was not cleaned yet before we arrived but the host did respond quickly and get room cleaned for us and taken care of.

Brass Rails hasn’t disappointed yet , a beautiful, well maintained property. There are always a few issues no matter where you stay but overall, I would give the this condo a 10. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. The view from the balcony was exceptional. The condo was stocked with everything you would need for a nice peaceful stay. My only complaint might be that the weather did not cooperate this time around. Maybe next year

Perfect girls trip

The condo was AMAZING! There was so much space and it was such a relaxing trip. It only took a few minutes to get to the beach and restaurants and shopping were nearby. The master bath was a dream, the beds were wonderful and we all got restful sleep. My only negative was that the trip was too short-we highly recommend the Brass Rail.

Excellent location, extremely clean, comfortable beds and furniture. Inaccurate description and picture of number of beds forced one adult to sleep on pull out couch. Kitchen flatware and utensils need replenishing. Lack of beach chairs and only two beach towels for 7 of us.

Perfect Location with Ocean View

My family had a great stay at this property on Tybee Island. Could not have had a more convenient location. Steps from the ocean and close to restaurants and shopping. Having the pools and hot tub were nice when you were back from the ocean but still wanted to swim. The elevator up from the parking lot to the condo made love in/move out a breeze. Will look to stay again.
