A quiet, fully equipped loft-style apartment featuring top-quality amenities and located in the heart of Seville—no car needed to visit the city’s top attractions.<br>Modern, fully equipped, and functional kitchen.<br>Air conditioning (heating and cooling) and high-speed fiber-optic internet connection.<br>It’s surrounded by all kinds of shops and restaurants right in Plaza de San Marcos, next to the most famous churches and basilicas.<br>Licence VFT/SE/01102.<br>Accommodation:<br>This is a very exclusive apartment designed and built by me in my own personal loft style, which means open spaces with no doors—except in the bathrooms.<br>The bed downstairs is very large and comfortable (160×200 cm), and the one upstairs is a comfortable, large sofa bed, so you can use that space as a personal office to work comfortably with a desk and a suitable workspace.<br>There are flat-screen TVs in both the living room and the master bedroom on the ground floor.<br>Guest access<br>The Santa Justa high-speed train station is easily accessible, just a 15-minute walk away, as well as to most of the monuments, restaurants, and theatres in the historic city centre, and to the most renowned churches and basilicas, such as the famous Macarena Church, just a 5-minute walk away.<br>Just a 15-minute walk from the second-largest cathedral in the world and the city’s most popular tourist areas.<br>There is no on-site parking, but there are inexpensive paid car parks nearby.<br>Don’t forget to visit El Rinconcillo, Seville’s oldest tavern (1867), which is right behind the apartment on Plaza de los Terceros. Or go for dinner at the restaurant “El Contenedor” on the same Calle San Luis, a 5-minute walk away, or catch one of the best flamenco dance shows at the venue on Calle Cuna, a 15-minute walk away.<br>Other highlights:<br>The apartment has a unique design because I built and designed it entirely myself, so there’s no other one like it. It has been my home for a long time and still reflects my personal style—with my books, paintings, etc.—so everything is at your disposal, though I ask that you treat it with care.<br>The bed upstairs is a comfortable sofa bed that can be folded away to create more space for the work area, where you’ll find a table and chair set up like a professional desk.<br>There are flat-screen TVs in both the living room and the main bedroom downstairs.<br>The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need.<br>You must show your documentation to the staff member who will assist you during the key handover so that she can keep a copy or a photograph of it.<br>There are public bike rentals nearby that you can use to easily explore the entire city.
