The cottage is in an ideal location and very comfortable.

The cottage is in an ideal location and very comfortable. Parking place was really handy as parking is difficult in the surrounding area. The house is well-equipped and Cockermouth is a great base for exploring the Lakes.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cottage. The cottage has everything that you need and the wood burner was lovelyWe did arrive in the evening and so the cottage was very cold as the heating was not on.

Very homely and welcoming.

Very homely and welcoming. All amenities within walking distance. Even though it's on a busy main road, traffic wasn't of any concern, it virtually stopped at night. Recommend, Main street chippy. Very friendly staff and fish cooked to orderLoved the log burner , only issue was the sink in the bathroom had dirty water left in it 😳
