La Campera

"La Campera" is a guest house located an 8-minute drive from the Ciudad Real Exhibition Centre, where major national and international events such as Fenavín (National Wine Fair) and Fercatur (Hunting, Fishing, and Tourism Fair) are held. It is a detached, standalone home, but it is on the same lot as our family home. The layout of the guesthouse is very comfortable, all on one level, and consists of 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a spacious living room. It features a 6 m x 10 m pool with a depth ranging from 1.70 metres to 2.20 metres. Open from June through September. There is also a lawn area of approximately 100 m², which may occasionally be restricted for maintenance (please ask in advance...). Excellent Wi-Fi connection. Parking outside the property is no problem. Since we share the same lot and outdoor space, we’re easy to find, and you can also contact us via email, phone, WhatsApp, etc. There are security cameras on the property’s grounds. The house is located in a quiet area and is surrounded by publicly owned parks where you’ll find ping-pong tables, as well as wooden tables with pergolas for outdoor dining if desired, and rustic wooden fitness equipment for exercising and toning up… Poblete belongs to the “Entreparques” region (a group of towns situated between two National Parks: the Cabañeros National Park, about 50 km away, with a Mediterranean forest ecosystem; and, about 30 km away via the highway, the Las Tablas de Daimiel National Park, a prime example of La Mancha’s wetlands), and is also situated at the heart of the “Tierra de volcanes” Geopark project in the Campo de Calatrava, as well as the Alarcos Archaeological Park.<br>Just 50 minutes from city centre Madrid and the city of Córdoba by high-speed train (AVE).<br>This house offers a prime location, allowing you to fully enjoy your trip in the region. Numerous activities await you in the surrounding area, such as the “Alarcos Early Music Festival” around July 19, as well as horseback riding, cycling, hiking, hot-air balloon rides, paragliding, and hunting. The town has bars and small shops, tennis and paddle tennis courts… located in a quiet area but not far from the town centre, where you can find a livelier atmosphere on the summer terraces.
