About this property

On the golf course - near the Vilamoura marina and beach

Beautifully completely renovated villa in Vilamoura!

With a quiet location but close to everything, this villa welcomes us with a very large open plan kitchen and living room , perfect for the conviviality of its occupants, which guides us to the a large private pool a few meters from the golf course. , which provides a beautiful and peaceful view.

Still outside, we have access to the terrace on the first floor where we have another fully equipped kitchen, with a mobile barbecue, perfect for preparing summer meals to enjoy at the outdoor dining table. A sail offers shade in the hot weather.

We have 3 bedrooms, two of them en suite and another bathroom with shower.
All rooms have air conditioning and under floor heating.

In addition to all the parking space that the surrounding area offers, this villa has its own private driveway room for two cars.

However our villa is not suitable for children under 12 years old
