The spacious living and dining area, seating four, opens onto a private balcony, complete with table and chairs, adjoined by a fully equipped kitchen. The living room benefits from a 50 inch TV. The apartment is air-conditioned throughout for comfort during the summer months. 

The apartment has two bedrooms, one with king size (5ft wide) bed and TV. The second bedroom can be configured either as a twin or a Superking sized bed (6ft wide) and has its own private balcony. The apartment is served by two bathrooms, one with shower stall, the other with a shower over bath. The apartment is situated on the 6th floor of the block (with elevator access) and is laid out over a single floor with no steps. Secure underground parking for one car can be arranged if required (at additional cost).

This modern development is well served by a host of restaurants, cafes, shops and a grocery store (with ATM). A walk along the river presents you with various open, green spaces and further amenities. Walking east into the heart of Chelsea takes a mere 10 minutes, via the renowned Design Centre, and Imperial Wharf overground station is a minute's walk from the apartment. This brings you to West Brompton station in one stop, allowing you to connect to the District Line easily, and Shepherd’s Bush a couple of stops further along, which gives access to the Central Line and the majestic Westfield shopping centre. You can also easily reach the newly opened “Battersea Power Station Mall” conveniently by boat from nearby Chelsea Harbour Pier in 15 minutes.
