'Chichester Retreat' is a fantastic one bedroom apartment located in central Chichester. Ideal for those visiting Chichester for business or pleasure. Located in a quite area, just a few minutes walk from the main high street with an abundance of shops, restaurants, bars & cafes. Nearby is Chichester Cathedral, Museums & plenty of parks & open spaces. It is a short walk from St Richards Hospital, College & University. A short drive away are lovely beaches & Goodwood events.
Long stays are welcomed, making it an excellent option for extended visits to Chichester.

Our apartment is light, bright and spacious.
It consists of one double bedroom which is en-suite.
The living area is open plan with large windows letting in plenty of light.
A double sofa bed is in the open plan lounge and a dining table with 3 chairs is located in the open plan kitchen.
The kitchen is well equipped for a self catering stay with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, kettle and washing machine.

Chichester Retreat is located in a block of flats all rented out for pleasure and convenience of our guests. The apartment is located on the top floor which is up two flights of stairs, benefitting from stunning views of the historic city. Please note that there is not a lift in the building.

Nestled in a quiet residential area of Chichester although only minutes away from the heart of the city.

Parking is limited as this is a city centre property. They are all outdoor, without height restrictions. Long stay carparks which are slightly cheaper are located slightly further afield:

A welcome hamper is left out for our guests upon arrival which consists of -
Milk, tea, coffee, sugar, cloths, hand wash, cooking spray, dishwasher tablets, rinse aid, washing up liquid, matches, kitchen roll, tissues, bin bags, pen, salt, pepper, fire lighters and tinfoil as well as a some goodies including wine, cookies, chocolates and sweets!

We also include shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom and hand wash at each sink.

We can provide a travel cot (please provide your own linen) and high chair along with baby packs 0-2 years and toddler packs 2-4 years. Items are subject to availability and requested in advance for shot stays only. All items are to be left in the property at the end of your stay. They will be cleaned and sterilised between each use.
