Apartment located on the Mediterranean coast, 100 metres from the beach, in a small fishing village called Melicena, a few minutes’ drive from Castell de Ferro (Granada). It features a spacious terrace and a very pleasant interior with cross-ventilation, as it faces both the sea and the mountains. An easily accessible private garage is included. Shopping areas are available in nearby towns such as Castell de Ferro, Adra, and Motril (Alcampo, Lidl, Mercadona, Día...). Málaga Airport is 135 km away. Granada-Jaén Airport is 100 km away.
