A townhouse perfect for relaxation and family outings, located in the centre of town. A quiet village in the Maresme region, with mountain views, 7 km from the beaches of Arenys de Mar and St. Pol de Mar. 3 km from Pitch and Put and 10 km from Llavaneras Golf Course. Located 45 km from Barcelona. Many activities for families with children are organised right in the village throughout the year. The house is spacious and bright; all rooms and areas face outward. It features a balcony with mountain views and a private 60 m² garden with a barbecue and dining area. In addition to the living-dining room on the ground floor, there is also an attic play area on the upper floor. The house has a two-car garage.
