Very nice flat in good location, cleanliness could be improved

Nice flat, great view, super location. The agency (Time in Spain) was super responsive and nice. The cleanliness of some things could be improved (dishes/pots were not 100% clean and are rather pieced together, the cushions on the balcony chairs were very greasy/stained, the potholders were greasy and fray. The white leather couch in the living room is stained.
