60 La Caribe is a self-catering apartment located in a secure complex in Marina Martinique, Jeffreys Bay. The complex is within a few minute's drive from the beach, and popular restaurants and bars such as the Walskipper and Jolly Dolphin.

This apartment can accommodate 4 persons and consists of 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and the second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and a bath, a washbasin, and a toilet. The flat features a well-equipped kitchen that contains a fridge, a microwave, and an oven with a stove. Complimentary coffee and tea are provided.

The adjacent open-plan living area has a sofa to relax on. The living area leads out onto a balcony, which offers a braai area with lovely views of the marina canals and wind farms.

This accommodation does not exist, and suspect it is a scam. We were also told by the guard at the gate, that we are not the first people that was scammed by this accommodation. I had to find this out while waiting in front of the gate, and had to book my own replacement accommodation - how does Stayz verify their hosts

The booking was fraudulent. The apartment was not avaliable and apparently I was not the only traveler to be scammed, according to the owner. I had to pay exorbitant amounts of money to find alternatve accommodation at such short notice. I shall escalate this case further with the necessary authorities
