Property manager was extremely helpful and nice. Smooth and easy check in and walk through. She pointed us to things to see and nearby restaurants. Big spacious home which is very comfortable.

Property was great for our 3 generation trip. The kids loved the games and toys. Adults loved the amenities and fireplaces. Manager allowed us in the house an hour early and personally met us to show us around the house. She gave great restaurant recommendations

Absolutely Perfect

Couldn’t have been happier. Awesome location. Awesome views. Was so delightful to stay here. Property manager was so easy to communicate with, and the town was excellent and very convenient to much of the south west coast. Highly recommend.

The property is beautiful, and with a little more care would be fantastic. There were a few pretty frustrating issues we dealt with during our stay. First and foremost, the fridge was broken. The handle comes completely off the freezer side (looks like it had been previously glued) and the inside of the fridge dripped. The fridge didn’t seal, so water puddles on the kitchen floor. The dryer also was not completely functional, loads took multiple three hour cycles to dry completely (even when the load consisted of just one shirt), and similar to the fridge there seemed to be issues with sealing the drum, the control panel would become covered in condensation and stop the cycle midway through. The shower in one of the ensuites didn’t seal completely, and in that same bathroom the sink dripped regularly. It’s a shame to see at such a fabulous property, with some fixes it would be absolutely marvelous. Our friends all enjoyed how spacious the layout was, it’s a great property for entertaining! It’s a short walk to the beach, and an even shorter walk to local coffee shops.

Overall the property didn't live up to the billing. First impressions weren't good as the exterior let it down. The plastic drainage channels around the property were mostly broken creating a trip hazard for young children and adults alike. The window were dirty both outside and inside. The interior wasn't much better. The upholstery was generally in poor condition, the tumble dryer was full of fluff and required thorough cleaning by myself before use. Various lights were not functioning, some bulbs needed replacing. The shower in the ground floor bedroom leaked. The kitchen was let down by badly repaired drawers and exposed wiring. The lights on the cooker extractor didn't work.
