Apartment was of a high standard, very clean throughout with allocated parking space. Nearby to everything we wanted to see. Great base for exploring York. About 10 minute walk from the Shambles and York Minster. Welcome pack was a nice touch - thank you! Would definitely recommend staying here, host was very helpful.

Walking distance to the town attractions. We parked the car for 3 days and walked. Local supermarket 90 seconds walk away. Apartment is spacious well maintained with quality fittments and furnishings. We recommend this accommodation.

Little awkward to get to. We used Uber whilst there to save the aggravation of trying to navigate the one way or closed streets. Only paid £5 per ride. Host could have provided tea towels and a few condiments/spices for cooking. They did provide coffee.

The apartment is in a fabulous location, on a pretty street and less than a ten minute walk to the town centre. It is tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Having a parking space is a huge bonus and the directions given to the property were very helpful. A lovely welcome basket awaited us on arrival and a few provisions like sourdough bread, milk and Yorkshire Tea. We had a really lovely stay and I can’t recommend it enough.

We came by train was10 - 15min walk but found apartment easily.House was lovely welcome pack was lovely. The instructions given were perfect.The only slight thing we had was I think they forgot to wipe down the glass table and doors in the lounge and mirrors in the bedroom and one night someone was playing really loud music for about 4 hours think they were just getting ready to go out and getting in the party mood I’m sure we have all done the same at some point but it wouldn’t stop us going back to the apartment as it was in great position and a lovely apartment.

Loved the welcome basket of treats! Room was clean and had everything we needed to feel at home. We did laundry in the combo washer/dryer, brought in groceries to prepare meals and watched a lot of fun TV! We had a great time in York, thanks for making our experience wonderful!

Beautiful apartment, everything you need for a stay. Easy to find with instructions provided. Lovely fluffy towels and comfortable beds. Instructions provided for bed etc. A short walk to the shambles and nice restaurants, everything really accessible. Great having the onsite parking as once parked up you don’t need to move during your stay unless you are going further than York itself. Brilliant place. Thank you.

The apartment was absolutely brilliant. Very clean and had everything that we would have wanted and more. Check in was a breeze and the bread, jam, milk, biscuits, tea and coffee were a nice touch. The location is superb and the free parking was a bonus. I can’t recommend this property highly enough. If you are going to see the amazing city of York, then this property should be at the top of places to stay.

All very nice apart from being able to get to the private parking at the rear of the building, which was a nightmare. We spent a considerable amount of time trying to find the route to get there, as there is no direct driving access from the building area itself.If there was info re getting to the parking area, it was not at the accomodation.
