Urlaub mit Freunden

Das Ferienhaus hat uns im Großen und Ganzen gut gefallen. Die Ausstattung der Küche war super und 2 große Bäder waren auch vorhanden. Die beiden Wohnbereiche gefielen uns ebenfalls sehr gut und die Betten waren bequem. Allerdings war es super dreckig, als wir angekommen sind. Wir mussten erstmal das gesamte Haus reinigen. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur stellte sich als sehr schwierig dar, da niemand telefonisch noch persönlich erreichbar war. Wir haben lediglich einen Mitarbeiter telefonisch erreicht, der uns nicht weiterhelfen konnte und meinte, wir sollen es am nächsten nochmal probieren. Per Mail haben wir erst nach mehreren Stunden eine Rückmeldung erhalten, als wir schon längst fertig waren mit der Reinigung. Zudem hat das Haus ein Ameisen Problem.
