The garden is terraced and steps take you down to the large pool and pool terrace area, fully equipped with loungers and outdoor furniture. There is a second, shady dining area just above and to the rear of the villa, ideal for a cooler summer lunch. The villa also has a play area outside and it has a big trampoline and ping pong table too.

The bedrooms are all on the first floor: the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and three further bedrooms which share a family bathroom.
