Half way through our holiday but the property is not in good repair. The downsta ...

Half way through our holiday but the property is not in good repair. The downstairs shower is mouldy and there is a high damp smell when doors and windows are closed. We have bought mould killer to try and kill what's there. The pool has water running from the tap all the time (it was on when we arrived) but the level doesn't increase which suggests the pool is leaking somewhere. The gates to the main drive don't work properly. We weren't told but had to work out how to open them as our car is too big to park in front of the garage and the drive is more convenient to use. Some kitchen cupboards are missing handles and many doors don't close properly. As there are only 2 of us, the upstairs does not seem to have been cleaned. The bath, in particular, is very dirty. We had to ask specifically to have 2 beds made up. No one asked us if we wanted 1 or 2 until we were told that only one set of bedding was being left. We stayed in this property in 2007 and it was beautiful. Nothing much seems to have changed since then.

Wir waren im August zu viert mit einem kleinen Hund hier. Das vollständig umzäunte Grundstück war für uns ideal. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die absolute Ruhe – keine Nachbarn in Ruf- oder Sichtweite – und die wunderschöne erhöhte Lage mit traumhaftem Blick über die Landschaft nach Süden und Norden. Das saubere Haus und ein großer Teil des Mobiliars sind alt, aber gerade das hat für uns viel Charme. Es erinnert an ein großes französisches Familienhaus aus alten Filmen oder Romanen, etwa von Marcel Pagnol, mit vielen Dekorationen aus verschiedenen Ländern. Allerdings ist das Haus recht hellhörig. Die vier Schlafzimmer (2 EG/2 OG) sind geräumig, mit guten Matratzen, Einbauschränken und ausreichend Bügeln. Das renovierte Bad unten hat eine bodengleiche Dusche, leider ohne Tür/Vorhang, sodass Wasser herausläuft. Das ältere Bad oben mit Wanne ist okay, könnte aber renoviert werden. Die große Küche ist prima ausgestattet, mit viel Stauraum und großem Kühlschrank. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut, ist allerdings nur zentral für das gesamte Haus regelbar. Im Keller gibt es u.a. eine Waschmaschine; der dortige Boiler ist leider auch nachts teilweise recht laut. Die große Terrasse bietet reichlich Platz, eine bessere regen- und sonnendichte Überdachung wäre jedoch schön. Der separat gesicherte Poolbereich hat 4 Liegen, 1 Liegestuhl, aber nur einen Sonnenschirm – mehr Schatten wäre im Hochsommer sehr wünschenswert. Pool und Umrandung könnten etwas aufgefrischt werden. Die Poolpumpe ist laut, durfte nach Rückfrage nachts aber ausgeschaltet werden. Beaufort ist ein wunderschönes altes Dorf mit tollen Häusern und Gassen. Auch die Lage für Ausflüge ist hervorragend: Minerve, Narbonne und Carcassonne sollte man nicht verpassen. Insgesamt ein Haus mit kleinen Schwächen, aber sehr viel französischem Charakter, herrlicher Aussicht, viel Platz und außergewöhnlicher Ruhe. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Heerlijk goed gekoeld huis. Wel wat achterstallig onderhoud, zoals bij het zwembad (net iets te weinig bedjes en zwembadrand liet los) Bedden lijken smaller dan 1.60 meter. Verder een heerlijke vakantie gehad. Het huis is lekker ruim en door de airco heerlijk gekoeld!

We hebben genoten van 10 fijne dagen! Helaas waren de 2 persoons bedden wel wat aan de smalle kant en was er wat achterstallig onderhoud, vooral bij het zwembad. Maar dat mocht de pret niet drukken! De koelte van de airco in het hele huis en het frisse water van het zwembad waren zeer welkom met temperaturen tussen de 35 en 40 graden!

Het huis is verouderd en heeft wat aandacht en grondig onderhoud nodig. De afwasmachine werkt niet naar behoren, tegeltjes van het zwembad komen los, de automatische poort werkt niet altijd,… Toch brachten we hier een aangename vakantie door. Het huis is erg gerieflijk en ruim, het is goed koel te houden, het zwembad is een groot pluspunt en de omgeving is prachtig.

Sehr schlechte Erfahrung mit Belvilla!!! Wir haben ein ganz anderes Haus in der gleichen Region gebucht, haben aber offenbar eine Buchungsbestätigung für ein anderes Haus erhalten! Nach einer mehr als 13-stündigen Fahrt landeten wir mit unseren Kindern in einem völlig anderen Haus als ursprünglich gebucht! Das ist fürchterlich! Ich habe so viel Geld bezahlt, dass ich nicht in dem Haus meiner Wahl übernachten konnte! Wir erhalten überhaupt keine Antwort von Belvilla. Seien Sie einfach geduldig und genießen Sie Ihren Urlaub. Was machen wir damit? Wir fühlen uns verlassen und betrogen.

Super rustige omgeving, je kan er heerlijk buiten zitten op verschillende plekken in de tuin of terras. Heerlijk zwembad. Mooi uitzicht over de wijngaarden. Het huis van binnen is wel een beetje gedateerd, maar alles doet het. De pomp van het zwembad deed het niet goed, maar dit was dezelfde dag alweer opgelost.

Wat een heerlijke plek! De villa was schoon en goed onderhouden, met een prachtige tuin om in te ontspannen. We hebben vooral genoten van de zonsondergangen vanaf het terras. Dichtbij genoeg lokale eetgelegenheden, we hadden geen moeite om in de buurt goede maaltijden te vinden. Een geweldige plek voor een rustig uitje!

Geräumiges Ferienhaus in Top-Lage für Ruhesuchende. Viel Privatsphäre. Bei unserer Ankunft stellten wir fest, dass das Gefrierfach voller Eis war, in der Spülmaschine noch Wasser war und der Filter locker war. Nichts als gut über die sehr hilfsbereite Frau Arfman. Sie hat immer schnell auf unsere Nachrichten reagiert, um das Problem zu lösen. An den anderen Orten war alles gut gereinigt. Schönes renoviertes Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss. Im Garten scheint den ganzen Tag die Sonne. Die geräumige und teilweise überdachte oder schattige Terrasse ist ein angenehmer Ort zum Entspannen und Genießen einer schönen Aussicht. Dank einer gut funktionierenden und gewarteten Filteranlage ist das Schwimmbadwasser immer sauber. Der Rand um den Pool könnte eine Renovierung gebrauchen. Durch die Klimaanlage herrscht im Haus und in den Schlafzimmern immer eine angenehme Temperatur.
