Be Prepared

The view: You get to look into the neighboring buildings front and the parking lot.. If you lean way over the balcony you can just see a sliver of the ocean The studio: A studio apt with no storage and basically an office desk at the end of the bed. Won't get much sleep. The Fire Alarm for the building went off 3 times... Usually about 2AM. Just one announcement with the alarm that there was a fire. Enough to get your heart racing. Getting in: Pay close attention to which building... The instructions do specifically say and there are 4 there (see view comment) that are the same. it took me 3 tries to find the right building. Communication: See Getting in Didn't know what building I was supposed to look for. Also could not even use the place the 1st day because the owner decided the AC unit needed to be replaced. I was traveling and didn't see the email until after I walked in on the whole apartment full of AC parts (sitting on the bed as well) and 2 guys replacing the unit. Why AC was needed in Winter I don't know and why when someone was paying to stay there. The Bed: By the 3rd day my back was shot. The bed is hard as a rock. I like hard beds but this is like sleeping on concrete. No give. Supplies. Bring your own TP. Was provided half a roll. You are given 4 Kurig coffee packs and dishwashing soap and sponge. No soap or shampoo Bottom line... Find another place...
