Wonderful Villa

Villa was perfect for us (family of 5, 3 teenage boys). Good facilities and 15 mins walk from beach/shops. Giorgio is a fantastic host, very welcoming and really helped us have a great holiday. It's a nice resort with shops and restaurants.

Villa was perfect for us (family of 4 (kids 10 and 14) 1 adult). Good and clean facilities, a lot of space, welcoming and friendly interior...15 mins walk from beach/shops (quiet enviroment a bit of from the city centre, but not remote). Giorgio is a fantastic host...very friendly and helpful have a great holiday...perfect base for people, that like hiking, climbing.

"Cala Gonone is delightful place of Sardegna. There are many different beaches near, some of them were not crowded in spite of the end of august. It's possible to take shiptrip to see the beautiful seaside with visiting caves. Shops and restaurants are in 3 minutes distance by car. The apartments are really comfortable, large and well keeping. The villa is near the oak forest good for hiking. Seaview with moonlight from the terrace is unforgetable. Giorgio is a very polite, intelligent and ready to help man."

Wunderbares Haus mit einem wunderbaren Gastgeber

Es war großartig! Im Haus ist alles enthalten, was man braucht. Die Zimmer sind groß, die Betten bequem, die Aussicht toll. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben jeden Moment genossen und uns in diesem wunderschönen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Giorgio ist ein ganz toller Vermieter, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, hat mit uns sogar eine kleine Stadtrundfahrt gemacht und uns wertvolle Tipps gegeben. Es gibt absolut nichts zu beanstanden. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen und das Haus weiterempfehlen.

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine à Cala Gonone. Giorgio est un hôte formidable! Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit perfekter Ausstattung und einem sehr freundlichem Gastgeber

Das Ferienhaus ist perfekt für 6 Personen, wir waren als Großeltern (zwei Paare) mit unseren beiden Enkeln (9 und 12 Jahre) da und das Haus bot für alle viel Platz. Es sind 3 Schlafzimmer vorhanden (Kinderzimmer und ein Schlafzimmer teilweise mit Balkon) Es gab eine grosse Patio und eine Terasse, zwei Wohnbereiche und eine geräumige Küche. Die Ausstattung waren perfekt: es war alles ausreichend vorhanden und sehr sauber, ordentlich, perfekt und intakt. Die Klimaanlagen in jeder Etage sind optimal. Das Bad mit Dusche, Toilette und Badewanne in der 1.Etage ist geräumig und durch zweite separate Toilette für 6 Personen ausreichend. Die Grünflächen im Garten sind von Giorgio top gepflegt, mit einem Blütenmeer aus Hibiskus und anderen Pflanzen und vom Haus hat man zudem einen Blick auf das Meer. Sehenswerte Ausflugsziele, wie beispielsweise den Monte Ortobene in Nuoro mit herrlichem Blick ins Gebirge; die roten Felsen von Arbatax (südlich), wo man von Felsen und Klippen springen und herrlich Schnorcheln kann; die Badestrände nördlich von Calo Ganone, beispielsweise Calo Genepro, sind alle per Tagesausflug gut zu erreichen. Giorgio ist ein wundervoller, perfekter und herzlicher Gastgeber, sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Beim Empfang standen Leckereien, sardisches Brot und Wasser bereit und er hat uns einmal ein leckeres Menü mit Fregola und Ratatouille zubereitet. Es ist ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen und bekommt eine 100% ige Weiterempfehlung. 😊 Vielen Dank an Giorgio für Alles

Un propriétaire exceptionnel dans une maison exceptionnelle. Le propriétaire est toujours disponible, avenant et de très bons conseils. Maison d'une propreté irréprochable, décorée avec goût, il ne manque rien. Literie parfaite. 3 climatisations. place de parking devant la maison qui est immense et face à la mer à 800m. Very nice house and host

We really enjoyed staying here. Giorgio was very helpful and friendly, and made us feel welcome. The house was big and clean with a terrace on the ground floor and a big balcony on the first floor, which had an amazing view over the sea. The kitchen was very well equipped, and it was possible to eat both inside or outside on the terrace.

Der perfekteste Ausblick aufs Meer vom Wohnzimmer aus mit einem großen Panoramafenster. Ein Kinderzimmer nagelneu .ZWEI Schlafzimmer sehr bequeme Betten Matratzen ,Kissen alles sauber und neu . Balkon aufs Meer sowie auch die große Terrasse. Das Schlafzimmer und Kinderzimmer auf die Berge .Fantastisch.

Haus mit perfekter Lage.

Our week in Giorgio's house was really beautiful and special for all of us. The house was in reality exactly as described on FeWo-direkt. The location of the house was perfect for us (quiet neighborhood, short walk to the city center or sea). We highly recommend the overnight stay by Giorgio for a vaccation in Cala Gonone. Giorgio is a fantastic host and we felt very comfortable. Special tipp: ask Giorgio for recommendations for dinner, sightseeing or hiking - he is a local and know all the good things! Super Ferienhaus mit toller Lage und sehr guter Ausstattung

Wir waren im März 2019 für eine Woche Kletterurlaub im Ferienhaus und uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und es hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Das Haus ist sehr groß und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!
