This beautiful property is a 4 - bedroom Villa with three bedrooms located on the first floor which have balconies offering beautiful views of pool or garden & one bedroom located on the second floor in the attic which has a sofa bed & a smart TV. All bedrooms are fully airconditioned and offer double beds.
There are 2 bathrooms, one with shower and one with a bathtub for your ultimate relaxation.
On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped open kitchen, along with a dining area and a cozy living room with a fireplace. The villa offers a smart TV with satellite channels and free Wi-Fi access. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine & a dryer as well as a WC .
Outdoors, you can enjoy a beautiful private landscaped garden & a fully equipped private swimming pool (with salt electrolysis system which is friendly & healthy for human skin) with a shower, umbrellas & sunbeds on which you may rest & take advantage of the benefits of the summer sun of Rhodes.
