A modern minimalistic villa just 30 meters from the ocean.

The neighborhood is quiet and calm. You most often hear the sea, but aside from that it is a very quiet place. Most often the year you have the beach for yourself here and it goes on for miles in the eastern direction.

It is a modern villa that have everything you need. The house has a great panorama view of the sea. There is a hot tub in the garden.
Free parking for 2-3 cars outside.

Traveling with car to Malmö is about 20-25 minutes. The bus goes from just outside to the Central station to Trelleborg. Trains go to Malmö from the central. It is about 1 hour to travel by bus and train from the house to Copenhagen.

It is close to the center of Trelleborg and close to the Harbour. Smygehamn, Ystad and Österlen is a shorter drive.

Beautiful house in a quiet, serene location. My family stayed for a week and while the weather was a bit stormy the house was perfect. Very cozy and comfortable.

Amazing Place - a piece of Swedish summer paradise

This house is SO nice and the location right at the Baltic Ocean cannot be beat. The house is well equipped, very spacious and super bright. I’ve rented many homes through VRBO over the years and this owner and host is hands down the best one I’ve ever interacted with. Super communicative and helpful, if needed. I sure hope we can be back in this house next summer.

Strandurlaub

Das Haus von Linn und ihrer Familie hat uns sehr gut gefallen und ein paar entspannte Tage am Strand ermöglicht. Die Unterkunft ist super sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Von der Terrasse und insbesondere vom Balkon hat man eine wunderschöne Sicht auf das Meer und Trelleborgs Hafen. Es ist eine reine Wohngegend und daher angenehm ruhig. Unsere Kinder waren begeistert, dass das Meer lediglich einen Katzensprung entfernt war und sie alle Spielsachen im Haus nutzen durften. Auch der Kontakt zu Linn war unkompliziert und freundlich.

Schöne Ferien

Das Haus ist sehr schön und die Lage zauberhaft. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr einfach und unkompliziert. Empfehlenswert!
