Beach house in Trelleborg with hot tub

A modern minimalistic villa just 30 meters from the ocean.

The neighborhood is quiet and calm. You most often hear the sea, but aside from that it is a very quiet place. Most often the year you have the beach for yourself here and it goes on for miles in the eastern direction.

It is a modern villa that have everything you need. The house has a great panorama view of the sea. There is a hot tub in the garden.
Free parking for 2-3 cars outside.

Traveling with car to Malmö is about 20-25 minutes. The bus goes from just outside to the Central station to Trelleborg. Trains go to Malmö from the central. It is about 1 hour to travel by bus and train from the house to Copenhagen.

It is close to the center of Trelleborg and close to the Harbour. Smygehamn, Ystad and Österlen is a shorter drive.
