The living room, dining area and kitchen with laundry room are located on the upper floor. A closed and air-conditioned space with the bay windows will allow you to enjoy the view. They open onto a large terrace with a dining table and a relaxation area. The master bedroom and the first guest bedroom occupy the upper floor of this villa. Equipped with a TV, a desk, a large closet and a bathroom with double sink, these rooms, like the others, will offer you all the comfort possible.
