About this property

Clara - Jugon les Lacs , Brittany

Beautifully renovated, very well equipped cottage, set in its own grounds with original features and log burner.



A patio area, with outdoor furniture and BBQ are provided and there is sufficient on site parking as well as a lockable barn can be used for storing beach,cycling, golfing equipment etc. 



Sympathetic renovation has enabled modern facilities to be made available for guests whilst maintaining the original features. There are beams and a log burner, as well as effective electric radiators for added cosiness. 



The spacious living/ dining area overlooks the well maintained garden where you can enjoy peace and quiet. 



The separate kitchen is equipped to a very high standard to enable fully self catered living. Dishwasher and laundry facilities are provided. 



All three bedrooms are good size doubles and are fully furnished. 



There is a bathroom upstairs and a separate toilet downstairs. 





The property has its own drive way to provide private parking. There is no public transport available in this area so you would need your own transport for exploring the area more fully but ideal for cyclists.

Très agréable séjour

Très gentil accueil du propriétaire. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au calme dans une maison confortable et située dans un bourg très mignon. Nous avons apprécié le poêle à cette saison pour les soirées au coin du feu ainsi que les jeux de société et l'opportunité de profiter de la grange aménagée pour les enfants (billard, table de Ping-pong, baby-foot).
