Great break with family for a Christmas getaway.

Great break with family for a Christmas getaway...Cheddar Woods is in a great location and high on the hill, like we were, the views were great - when it wasn't misty.Food was lovely in the restaurant although there was limited seating for large parties who weren't dining.Staff we encountered were all friendly.

Property was lovely for the weekend break with my family. Plenty of room and layout was good in the main lounge area and in the patio. The only thing I. would say is that it was very warm and would have been nice to have aircon . The ceiling fan was good when sitting underneath it but other areas remained very warm

Lodge very nice. Had all the equipment we needed. Very clean. Nice clean bedding & towels. Nice toiletries. Sofas were not the comfiest but did a job.

The 4 bed Wedmore lodge which was very large with a lovely view and suited our needs perfectly.

The 4 bed Wedmore lodge which was very large with a lovely view and suited our needs perfectly. A few downsides, there was only one key for 4 couples, it was mainly clean but things like skirting boards were dirty. Our main complaint was the bar calling last orders at 9.30 pm and closing at 10.00 pm. We understand this park is a restful place but we were meeting up with family and wanted longer to catch up and chat.
