Fantastic holiday home of 35 m² with sea view, in a building built at the end of 2022 next to Las Canteras beach, in the city centre.

The accommodation is equipped with the following things: lift, iron, internet access (wifi) 600 MB, hairdryer, 1 TV, radio and air conditioning.
In the vitroceramic independent kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided.

The house, with top quality materials, is tastefully designed for travellers who wish to enjoy the island, offers all the comforts to have a wonderful stay on the island and with availability to work, thanks to its 600 MB of internet speed, while enjoying the sea views.

It is very practical, functional, technological and eco friendly, with low consumption appliances, LED lighting, recycling tanks, water flow regulators and due to its good location, it is not necessary to have a car, you can move on foot, by bicycle or using public transport, as the bus station (Guaguas) is less than 500 metres away, in the famous Santa Catalina Park and from there you can move to any part of the island.

The access to the building, as well as to the holiday home, offers the opportunity to enter without a key, so you can go for a swim or discover the island without worrying about the keys.

In short, a wonderful accommodation to enjoy alone or with a partner the miniature continent that is the island of Gran Canaria and its kind inhabitants.

Kan till 100% rekommendera lägenheten. Var i förväg lite orolig för storleken men lägenheten var mycket smart planerad. Fönster från golv till tak gjorde den mycket luftig och därför kändes den större än 35 kvadrat. Min fru och jag stannade i 5 veckor och trivdes hela tiden. Lägenheten är mycket väl utrustad, saknade ingenting och läget är det absolut bästa. Därutöver vill jag bara rekommendera Canarias Getaway som den bästa hyresvärden. Mycket praktiskt som kund att ha ett lokalt kontor att kontakta vid eventuella fel. Cina och Gunnar En riktig genomgång av avloppet i duschen
