Nice three-room apartment with large living room and kitchenette from which you can directly access the garden and enjoy a breathtaking view of Lake Sebino, also taking advantage of the outdoor spaces on summer days, two spacious bedrooms, one double and one with a single bed plus a pull-out bed; a modern bathroom with shower and washing machine completes everything.

On request it is possible to use the following services:
- CRIB with a supplement of 30.00 euros per stay
- HIGH CHAIR with a supplement of 30.00 euros per stay
A security deposit of €300 is required and will be returned upon check out
