Great house to stay in! Location was close to the Creation Museum and the Ark. Highly recommend Mad Mike's Burgers a few miles away! Plenty of beds and space for our family to spread out. Large kitchen with a large table for plenty of room to eat as a family together. Squeaky creaky floors would be my only complaint. Would definitely recommend and stay again! Molly was a great host and awesome communicator! Thanks for a great few days to unplug, getaway and spend time with family as we toured the exhibits.
I like that they had so many beds, which gave us options for our mixed group of singles. The young ladies took the upstairs, while the guys took the basement. Caution: Only one bed was big enough for more than one person. So, it's not really set up for several sets of couples. All the others were "twin" beds, only for singles.Everything was great!

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
We really enjoyed our stay this weekend. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The kids loved all the stuffed animals and the games and toys. We felt safe in the neighborhood as well. The host communicated very well with us and you dont wait long for a response if you message her.
We could not be more pleased with our stay. It was amazing. So clean!!! The host, Molly, was so responsive and helpful Having a firepit was like a home away from home. We loved it
We were so pleased with the home. It was like waking into our home. Very pleasant clean. Cutely decorated. Mouse game. Find pics of mice around the house. An ostrich egg with facts about the egg. Perfect spot between the ark and the creation museum. Wonderful host. Thank you molly
This property was perfect for us! If you don't like stairs or creaky floors this might not be the place for you. But if you can get past that, everything else is fantastic! There was a scavenger hunt set up for the kids when we got there. Everyone had their own bed and their own space. Lots of room to spread out when we wanted to. There were games and extra blankets and plenty of towels and all sorts of things in the kitchen to use. I couldn't think of one thing that was missing to make our time special! We also really enjoyed the grill and making smores on the firepit in the back. Thanks for a great stay!
This property has lots of room. More spacious than the listing indicates. Beds were comfortable. Would give it a full 10!
The floors creek at night. No big deal and not sure how to fix that.
Just a nice place to get away, close to events.
Was a great location for visiting the Creation Museum and Ark. Accommodations were clean, set-up well and just what we needed. Thank you and God bless!
The amenities were great and the property was clean and peaceful!

Amazing Rental - Feels like home
The home was very clean and the owners put lots of thought into every detail. The listing description was very accurate. Each room had their own theme and was so cute. This by far has been the best rental we have stayed in. Lots of room. We had a family gathering with 4 couples and three kids. You can tell the home is well loved and cared for. We felt like we were staying in a house that was lived in daily. So many little touches and accessories you didn't expect to find.
We had excellent communication with the owner and she checked in with us to make sure we had all we needed.
If we ever travel back to the area we will stay here again. We will also recommend to anyone we know that travels the area to stay in this home.
AMAZING!!!!

We loved it.
This house was perfect for us. We all had separate rooms. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with all the pots, pans, dishes, coffee, condiments, and 2 crock pots which we used both. I love that we could put a meal in the crock pot and leave for the day and had wholesome, home cooked meals each night. We could relax and not have to find a restaurant. We cooked breakfast each morning, too. This saved a lot on our vacation. In the evening we relaxed, fellowshipped, watched a movie or a little TV.
The idea of having a house instead of a hotel is just a wonderful convenience. We loved your little neighborhood and the change of scenery with green grass and mature trees. We don't mind the squeaky floor or the fact that this is an older home. It was charming to stay in an older 50's home reminiscent of our childhoods. (Oh my, are we that old?!)
Thank you for a lovely stay.

You could not predict or resolve the sewer problem, but found a way to save our reservation and make us all very happy. We had a great time and found your facilities to be first class in every respect. You are also top class people. Thanks again.

Lovely house with space maxed out creatively and with many warm touches!
The house has a lovely den basement with plenty of space to play games at the table or to lounge on the easy chairs. The walk out basement was nice to grill out on the small patio, then eat just inside at the table downstairs.
The house had plenty of large, lovely towels that more than sufficed 11 adults.
The upstairs has 2 rooms only separated by curtains but it worked out well for us. All the beds were very comfortable with at least several of them having memory foam mattresses.
Lot is small and close to other houses but most of our stay was lived indoors or at nearby attractions so it wasn't a problem.
Additional warm touches and high quality stocked kitchen that included spices, coffee and creamer, plastic wrap, tin foil etc. Good job on making our stay easy and nice! We were more than pleased!

Plenty of everything! Great for family reunion.
We came from 3 states to see the Creation Museum and The Ark and celebrate our father's 88th birthday. Attention to details is noticable everywhere. Plenty of lush towels, toilet paper, kitchen supplies. Every need that came up, I.e. a fan, seemed to be thought of and easily found. We enjoyed sitting around the long table, in the living room, and the front porch and back, around a fire. There was a problem with a kitchen appliance and Molly's husband came right over and addressed the needs. Really great remodel on an older home. We enjoyed it thoroughly.

Wonderful place to stay!
This house was the perfect place for our group. We attended the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum, staying 4 nights. There were 11 of us and we were all very comfortable. Molly has thought of everything to make our stay just right. She was very responsive to our questions. The place was fresh and newly updated. All the beds were clean and comfortable. The rooms were decorated nicely with different themes. The neighborhood was quite. The location was great and easy to find - what more can I say - we would stay here again! Thanks Molly for your care and attention to detail.

We had a wonderful stay at 8 St. Jude Circle. The house was furnished with anything you could possibly need - the best out of all the places we have ever stayed. The neighborhood is quiet and serene. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome!
My SC church family and I were searching for a home to rent for the weekend so we could tour The Creation Museum & The Ark Encounter. The Anchor of Hope was not only a perfect location, it was a lovely home filled with a lot of love! The owner had special treats for us, including a delicious Apple Pie & even thought of little things like extra toothbrushes & shampoo. The Anchor of Hope was larger than I expected and the rooms were beautifully decorated. It was obvious the owner wanted to make sure our visit was memorable. Even though it took us 9 hours to get there and our visit was short, we do hope to return to Florence, Kentucky & The Anchor of Hope again in the future!! (We loved traveling through Kentucky as well!) Thank you, Molly, for opening your awesome home to us. We were not sure what to expect since we were not familiar with the area but we made the right decision by going with your home! Best Wishes!
