The Single-Story Home The single-story home is entirely at guests’ disposal, as is the large outdoor area, which includes a patio/solarium fully clad in wood—allowing you to walk barefoot both inside and outside the house. There is a main gate entrance for both cars and pedestrians, as well as a second entrance for pedestrians only. Nature will be your true host. From the entrance, you’ll step directly into the living room with a fireplace, where you’ll find two comfortable sofas and a beautiful dining table that comfortably seats up to 8 people. Three steps lead down to the spacious, fully equipped kitchen, from which you can step outside onto the patio, which spans over 60 square metres. Outside, you can dine, sunbathe, exercise, practice yoga and meditation, or relax, sheltered from prying eyes and disruptive noise—guaranteeing your privacy. Rounding out the home are three small rooms typical of a mountain retreat, featuring two double beds and one single bed. Finally, there is a comfortable, renovated bathroom with a modern shower. The windows close with a special system to ensure maximum silence and rest. On the lower level, there is a storage area for sports equipment and bicycles.
Guest access
The house is accessed via a very convenient paved road. The house has two entrances with two gates. The path leading from the main gate is fully paved, and you can park up to 4 cars inside, in addition to at least 4 more parking spaces outside on private and exclusive property.
From the garden, you can access a room useful for storing sports equipment, sheltering bicycles, and serving as an utility space. The property’s woodland is quite extensive, and by hiking through it, you can reach the slopes of Monte Palazzolo.
We have not enabled Wi-Fi but only cell service to promote mental rehabilitation and a sustainable approach that fosters a connection with nature.
