Sea View Villa

This new villa is spectacular! From the gorgeous sea view to the refreshing pool! When you walk through the entry gate, the view will take your breath away. The villa was set up so nicely and offered the perfect amount of space for our family. The host went above and beyond. He was very responsive and left us many lovely surprises in the villa. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful place with us!

This house is simply beautiful! We spent 12 days there and were absolutely delighted. We’ve booked quite a few houses in Spain and Italy, but this one beats them all! Everything has been thought of here, and above all, the quality is superb! The pool was maintained several times during our stay, and we even had the house cleaned with fresh bed linen after the first week. The outdoor kitchen is simply fabulous for barbecues. The outdoor shower is simply wonderful, and the view of the sea at any time of day is the best thing you could ask for. We visited some beautiful coves and beaches in the surrounding area. The maximum drive there was 10–15 minutes. We highly recommend a visit to Taverna Mariou, which is just 500 metres away. Top-notch food with a breathtaking view. A hidden gem is the Merastri Sellia Taverna, just a 15-minute drive away. We didn’t find better food anywhere else. We wouldn’t recommend eating out in Plakias – the quality is rather poor. The Syn.Ka supermarket is just an 8-minute drive away.Communication with the manager, Dimitra, was excellent. The same goes for the owner, Tasos. When we arrived, we were surprised to find various specialities in the fridge and on the kitchen table. Thank you very much for that! The only downside is the strong winds in July, but on the plus side, it wasn’t too hot. And having a cup of tea or coffee on the upper terrace and looking out over the sea, is the very definition of quality life. Thank you so much for everything!
