House with ' filicudar ' style, with an impressive sea view. Casa Battiato is locate in the hill at Val Di Chiesa, to get there you need to walk though a dirt path by walking for 5 minutes.
It has the perfect location where the silence founds its space through the sea, the sky and all the green that characterise the hill. This is a place of big inspiration for who loves meditation, and for people who adore to chill in good company.

An incredible house on an incredible island. We had a lovely time staying at this beautiful house. It was well managed, had all of the cooking amenities we needed, and was a lovely place to unwind and relax. Our host made it easy to check in, going as far as having a taxi ready for us after the ferry dropped us off and offering to call us a taxi to return to the ferry. I can't recommend this house enough. A few things to note for fellow travelers. This house is quite far from any beaches so be prepared to either get a taxi or hike. The hike isn't far (about 20 minutes) but is very steep on the way back up. We love hiking so did not mind it, but I could see it being challenging if you are not used to walking a lot. It is also quite hot. Just things to keep in mind.

Not a private holiday apartment!
Filicudi is a wonderful island for hiking and diving. We liked the Filicudi Porto accommodation, but it is different than described, not a private holiday apartment or holiday home, but part of a semi-detached house. Professionally rented through an agency. The terrace shown is shared with the neighbors. There is only a canvas stretched between them. Privacy is different. We had nice neighbors and therefore a real shared apartment feeling. At over 120 euros a day, this accommodation is clearly too expensive. Here the fantastic view is silvered and the communal terrace is kept secret. That's not fair.
