About this property

Cozy Island Cottage, centrally located in the Heart of the Village

Cozy Cottage, perfect for couples or small families. Short walk away from the inlet and all the shops and restaurants surrounding. This is a 350 sq ft cottage. This beautiful bungalow is completed with a queen size bed, a pull out couch (full), a full bathroom, a large outside shower, tv, internet, kitchenette with large dorm sized refrigerator and freezer, small kitchen sink, and hot plate with pots and pans. Recently renovated because of Hurricane Dorian, we have also added an outside shower to a list of the amenities, and If you are looking to escape and enjoy the freedom from the hustle and bustle of day to day life, this is your perfect island paradise. Don't forget the dogs! Dogs are allowed for a small additional fee.
Please leave the cottage better than you found it! We do not provide linens, towels, or paper products. This is my personal cottage, so please respect it as if it were your grandmothers :). Check in is at 2pm, Check out is 11am. If you have any specific request don’t hesitate to ask, I promise you I’m a friendly fellow. There are golf carts available at the house one is dedicated for guest use. Information on how rent are in the house.

This little house was perfect for what we needed. Great location and easy check-in and check-out. The gated porch was a highlight and allowed us to enjoy the mornings out there with our dog and a cup of coffee.

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy cottage. It had everything we needed for our stay…..nice kitchenette, comfortable bed, nice bathroom and shower, cozy sitting area, and nice tvs. So nicely decorated and in walking distance to everything in Ocracoke village. Has a spacious porch and is pet friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location to the village. I didn’t actually stay at whiskey 95. There was a storm that caused some flooding in the drive and broke out a window. The owner contacted me directly and made arrangements for me to stay at a lovely cottage right next door that happened to be available.

Whiskey 95 is a quaint and cozy lodging option, right in the heart of Ocracoke Village. It is humble, and room for 2. The area was super quiet in September. It is pet friendly, but we did not travel with our dog. The village is actually very dog friendly.

Tally’s Visit

We stayed here in April of 2019. It was just right then and now. Everything is nearby and the unit is clean and cool. I especially appreciate the closed deck and the outside shower. It’s a very quiet spot on the island.
