The complex has four swimming pools, NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THE RESERVATION. ALL OF THEM REQUIRE EXTRA PAYMENT. Prices available at the building’s concierge. Communal pool (opening date: 15/06, closing date: 15/09).



It is located 150 m from the supermarket, 300 m from Empuriabrava’s sandy beach, 1 km from the Muga River and the Aiguamolls de l’Empordà Natural Park, 6 km from Castelló d’Empúries, 12 km from the “Aquabrava” water park, 16 km from the Peralada Golf Course, 20 km from the AVE/TGV train station in Figueres, and 65 km from Girona Airport. Located in a family-friendly area within a residential complex.



The accommodation features garden furniture, a terrace, Wi-Fi, heat pump heating, air conditioning throughout the apartment, communal swimming pool, television, and the possibility of covered parking in a nearby building.



The open-plan kitchen with ceramic hob includes a fridge, microwave, washing machine, dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
