Residence Arena - new, modern, air con and pool

Modern flat on the ground floor on the right side in a newly built villa with a swimming pool and independent entrance.
Equipped with air conditioning in every room and wifi only 900 meters from the center of Lazise in a quiet area surrounded by greenery.
Large and bright kitchen-living room with large fridge-freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, and microwave; table for 6 people, comfortable double sofa bed, satellite TV, and electric blackout shutters.
The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a large wardrobe, and access to the garden; a second bedroom with two single beds, a wardrobe and a desk with the possibility of having a double bed. New bathroom with window with large shower and washing machine.
Terrace with outdoor table and chairs and 2 sun loungers for sunbathing.
The residence "Benacus" is a fenced villa with a swimming pool, consisting of 4 newly built flats with independent entrance, 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the ground floor with the same features. The house is located at the end of a closed road near a playground, therefore very quiet.
Free parking for one car in front of the house and parking for bicycles in the fenced yard with the possibility for e-bike charging.

CHECK-IN - between 15.00 and 19.00.
EARLY CHECK-IN - on request and based on availability with a supplement of € 50 for arrivals between 9.00 and 12.00, € 30 between 12.00 and 15.00
LATE CHECK-IN - arrivals after 19.00 incur a charge of € 30 and after 22.00 of 50 € for the night service.
CITY TAX - per person, per night (from 14 years) not included in the price to be paid in cash on arrival and different for each municipality.
LINEN - both bed linen and towels are not included in the booking rate. They can be booked in advance at an extra cost of 12,50 € per person. The same fee will be charged for any additional change. There is no bed-making, only the supply of bed linen. You are welcome to bring your own linen and save money!
Possibility of separate beds upon request at the additional cost for the set of bed linen equal to + € 10.00.

Apartment mit Pool

Der Check in war sehr kompliziert, da die Verwaltung für 3 Stunden telefonisch, per email und WhatsApp nicht erreichbar war und wir 2 Stunden am Objekt gewartet haben, bis wir dann um 17.00 den Kontakt herstellen konnten. Wir warten zudem immer noch auf die Widerfreigabe der Kaution auf der Kreditkarte.

Hallo Rosella, die Wohnung und die Lage sowie der Pool sind echt klasse und auch wenn kleine Probleme oder Beanstandungen waren, wurde sich gekümmert. Die Bettwäsche und Handtücher könnten etwas einheitlicher sein und teilweise ersetzt werden. Ebenfalls könnte ein Staubsauger zu Verfügung gestellt werden, was einiges erleichtern würde. Zum Schluss sollte vielleicht besser gewischt werden. Im Großen und Ganzen aber auf alle Fälle zu empfehlen. Vg und bis bald Daniel

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung gut ausgestattet. Sie liegt ruhig und relativ zentral. Sehr angenehm war bei den hohen Temperaturen die Klimatisierung. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Mehr Schein als Sein

Ausstattung ist in Ordnung. Handtücher und Bettzeug würden wir nicht mal zum putzen nehmen. Übergabe erfolgt in 5 Minuten. Wir hatten eine Woche Baulärm ab 6.45 Uhr neben unseren Schlafzimmern, ohne Hinweis durch die Agentur. Auf unsere Beschwerde wurde nur geantwortet, dass Sie nichts dafür können. Würde dieses Objekt nicht mehr buchen.
