Cozy house with sea view in la Matanza de Acentejo situated within our avocato farm on Tenerife´s Northern Shore with a sun set view over the ocean.

The house is 30 year old, but has been totally renovated. The style is quite modern with scandinavian and indonesian look and feel.

Two bedrooms (4 people and extra bed for the 5th. person) and a single full bath-room. A Great living room, full of natural light, with sea-sunset view. The terrace is huge and it has sun beds, tables and chairs. On one side you can have breakfast under the sunrise, and on the other, you can have dinner while contemplating the marvellous sunset.



There is a new TV with satélite chanels, internet, heating, and full kitchen...



It shares a solar-gas heated swimming pool with 8 little apartment’s that are close to it.



Depending on the season, we welcome you with our farm produced bananas, papayas, avocado, passion fruit, dragon fruit...





Although very close (one minute) to the most important road on the island, you are in the country side, and the silence is only broken by the sound of the birds.



We recommend it for people who appreciate a beautiful and quiet place to escape.

Paradise on a hill

We loved staying in the house, it felt like a home from home. It had all the amenities we needed, clean and well presented, in amongst the fruit orchards and the most amazing view over the ocean. We'd love to stay again!

Beautiful house whith huge terrace and stunning sea view

We stayed there for three weeks and it was really relaxing. The quiet and peacefull location with wine and water on arrival, always fresh fruits, the heated pool and the huge terrace with stunning sea view were amazing. We felt very comfortable and would definitely stay there again. Thanx a lot to Enrique (a wonderful host), Maria and Juan.

Good accommodation with nice terraces and pool area

We liked the house. There is enough place for 4 persons and it is well equipped. The view from the big terrace is very beautiful. The garden and the pool area are very beautiful too. It´s excellent that the pool is heated. There were good fruits you could take. The host was very friendly. I had wished more spoons in the kitchen and mattresses for the sun beds at the private terrace.

We stayed 19 nights in the house with our children, we liked it very much, because the finca is very nice with a nice pool and a fantastic view. The house offers everything we needed for our stay. We lack a small playground, on the fincanearby, for the kids, that would have been perfect. We would definitely come back, because the finca is very nice with children, maybe there is already a small playground on the finca. A small playground on the finca, for the kids would be perfect! All and new water machine You used to provide to the guests welcome bottle of house wine and also provide more fruits in the garden. Small things but important Sun umbrellas should be cleaned with antifungals. Otherwise all great!

Un rincón maravilloso para descansar

Es un lugar muy tranquilo y la casa cuenta con todo tipo de detalles. Cómoda para los niños y el servicio es excelente. Contar con un pequeño botiquín. Gestión de residuos (reciclaje)

Muchas gracias por su comentario. En San Diego Apartamentos si disponemos de botiquín, está en la zona de nuestra lavandería. Su comentario nos sirve para darnos cuenta de que no está señalizado, cosa que en breve haremos. En cuanto a la gestión de residuos, le damos toda la razón. En numerosas ocasiones hemos pedido en el ayuntamiento de La Matanza que nos pongan a la entrada de la Finca contenedores de papel y cristal, pero continuamente nos responden que en la zona hay muy pocos habitantes y que por eso no nos los colocan. Nosotros seguiremos intentándolo, porque entendemos que efectivamente hacen falta.

Gracias por tu comentario Gabriel, Me encantó tenerlos por aquí y ver que ustedes disfrutaban de la Isla y de nuestra casa. Tienes razón con lo de el cloro. Normalmente no echamos nada, pues tenemos clorador salino, el cual produce un cloro mucho mas puro y con menos elementos negativos para nosotros que el de pastillas, pero estos días, como hacía bastante calor, le pusimos una pastilla extra y eso es lo que notasteis. Tendremos más cuidado, pues intentamos tener siempre el agua en perfecto estado, para que no pique en los ojos ni seque la piel. Gracias por el aviso, Hasta otra ocasión, Enrique

Geräumige Unterkunft mit schönem Ausblick

Enrique und sein Team heißen einen in dieser geräumigen Ferienwohnung sehr freundlich und aufmerksam willkommen. Genossen haben wir insbesondere: die große Terasse mit fantastischem Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang, die Avacodos aus der hauseigenen Ernte, den großen und beheizten Pool, dessen Wasserqualität regelmäßig geprüft wird, und Marias Hilfsbereitschaft in allen Fragen zu Unterkunft, offenen Wünschen und auch mal zu Insel. Als Anregung möchten wir mitgeben, für die für unseren Geschmack sehr harten Betten über einen Topper nachzudenken und den lauten Kühlschrank auszutauschen. Insgesamt könnten die Küchengeräte etwas hochwertiger sein, um den Verschleiß zu reduzieren - wobei die defekte Kaffeemaschine sofort ausgetauscht wurde. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit vor Ort und die freundlichen Begegnungen!

Wonderful experience in an amazing and calm environment and house

Thx to Enrique and the whole team for the wonderful stay that we had. The house is comfortable and well furnished, the kitchen is well equipped including basic items like sugar, coffee, salt, oil etc. Beds are very comfortable. The breath-taking view over the sea from the terrace, as well as the whole surrounding, are stunning: all sorts of trees, birds. The staff is very nice and professional. Closet towns are just 5mn away by car with all necessary shops. The southern part of the island is at a 45mn drive. Just a suggestion: you would propose a breakfast, that would be even better ).

Wir waren schon das dritte mal dort. Ich denke das sagt alles. Man hat hier alles: Sauberkeit, traumhaften Meerblick mitten in viel Natur eingebettet und sehr viel Privatsphäre.

Excellent place!

The place is great, spacious, clean and has everything one needs (dishwasher, washing machine, nespresso coffee machine etc). The view to the sea is wonderful and there is a heated pool outside (shared with other guests). 5 out of 5 stars!
