On the ground floor of this pretty 60 m2 house, you will find a comfortable living room with HD flat screen TV and fiber wifi as well as a dining area.

The semi-open kitchen equipped with filter coffee maker and Nespresso pods, kettle, oven/microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer will not lack equipment and utensils.

You can also use the washing machine.

To get some fresh air, a pretty furnished patio without vis-à-vis will welcome you with its furniture.

On the 1st floor, you will enjoy two pretty bedrooms with a 140 cm double bed and a 160 cm Queen bed, storage space and work space.
