Recent villa of 100m2 on a plot of 800 m2 individual comfort 3 star label by GITES de FRANCE for 6 people in Drôme Provençale on the edge of Vaucluse PROVENCE ALPES CÔTE D'AZUR. in the land of lavender, good wine and black truffles. This single storey house with easy access is located 3 km from the Château de Grignan where the Marquise de Sévigné lived. Composed of 3 bedrooms: 1 bed in 160, 1 bed in 160 with bathroom and a bedroom with 2 beds in 90. 2 bathrooms with walk-in shower including a bathroom in one of the bedrooms with bed in 160. 2 WC. The kitchen is fully equipped, induction hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge. Adjoining utility room with washing machine, freezer, iron and ironing board. In the living room, 1 flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo, internet and air conditioning. Direct access to a covered terrace of 16 square meters, very sheltered, facing south, with garden furniture and plancha. A 10x4m swimming pool with alarm, sunbathing pergola with armchairs and bench. all on a plot of 800 m2 completely private and fenced. Parking and garage included. The villa is located 300m from the village. Sports activities: Tennis 300m, golf 10km, fitness trail, horse riding center 3km, hiking from the house. This house is located between south and orange Montélimar. Coming from the North: Exit 18 Montélimar sud. Coming from the South Exit Autoroute Bollène.
Visits to the region; 1.5 km tour of Chamaret, hilltop villages, Notre Dame d'Aiguebelle Abbey, Vaison la Romaine with its ancient site, its Roman bridge and its Provencal market (Tuesday), shows and concerts in summer. Also in July and August, cultural activities and shows at the Château de Grignan. The Ardèche gorges with sports activities (kayaking). Mont Ventoux 1910m, tourist site, stage of the Tour de France. Orange les CHOREGIES roman theater. Avignon: the papal palace and the festival. The village of Roussillon and its Ocher. Fontaine de Vaucluse… wine route visit cellars.

Perfect villa in quiet village

We -- a family of two adults and three children -- had a very pleasant stay for a week at this villa in the village of Colonzelle. The description at Home Away was accurate. The owners who live next door -- but in no way infringe your privacy; they can not see you because of a huge hedge and and enormous garden door -- are very pleasant people (they only speak French). A nice additional feature was the availibility of two mountain bikes, which you can use in the woods nearby the cemetery. You have a swimming pool at your disposal, but the water temperature in May is still too low for swimming. We will surely recommend this villa to our friends.

Très magnifique!!

Our stay in Colonzelle was magical and magnificent. M. and Mme. Macia’s home was perfect in every way. We really felt like we were at home during our stay. Comfortable and convenient as the perfect location from which to enjoy all Provençal offers. The property has everything you’ll need for a short or long stay. The Intermarche (supermarket) is very close in Grignan and plenty of nearby weekly markets and specialty shops to enjoy. Every small village in the area is worth a stop and a walk; hidden beauty, history, and treasures are there for the finding. Enjoy it all! Our hosts were very gracious and we enjoyed our communication with them even through our use of Google translate (very useful). Thank you, M. and Mme. Macia for everything and allowing us to get to know you a bit. We hope you continue to enjoy your retirement and your own travels. It was such a wonderful place we were sad to leave even after being there for nearly a month. We will look forward to returning during our future travels.

Gepflegtes Anwesen mit tollem Pool

Die Gastgeber, Herr und Frau Macia haben uns herzlich empfangen und alles Nötige erklärt. Das Haus liegt absolut ruhig in einer Sackgasse eines wirklich kleinen verträumten Ortes. Zur Boulangerie nach Grillon sind es mit dem Auto nur maximal 5 Minuten. Größere Einkäufe sind in Grignan oder Valréas möglich (beides in 10 min erreichbar). Trotz des zunächst kühlen und regnerischen Wetters wurde der schöne und große Pool wie besprochen durchgängig auf 27 Grad beheizt und war deshalb permanent nutzbar. Herr Macia hat sich regelmäßig um die Reinigung des Pools mit einem Poolroboter gekümmert. Das Haus und alles was dazu gehört, hat unsere Erwartungen absolut erfüllt. Auf der überdachten Terrasse lässt es sich wunderbar grillen (Planchagrill). Zum Haus gehört auch eine Garage, die für Auto oder Fahrräder der Gäste nutzbar ist.Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier absolut richtig! Es gibt auch eine hervorragende Internetverbindung im Haus. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen und kommen gerne noch einmal wieder.Viele Grüße aus Deutschland an Herrn und Frau Macia.

Ferienwoche

Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen. Sogar bei kühlem Wetter konnten wir den beheizten Pool ausgiebig benutzen. Keine Einsicht zum Grundstück möglich. Die Vermieter wohnen nebenan und halten Diskretion. Wollen wir wieder dieses Gebiet bereisen, dann werden wir bestimmt das Haus wieder buchen

un bijou dans son écrin

Très agréable maison, fonctionnelle, tout est prévu au niveau équipement, la literie est bonne, la maison est lumineuse, avec une terrasse protégée et un accès direct à la piscine. L'endroit est calme , et protégé visuellement. Franchement il n'y a rien à reprocher et nous reviendrons.

Le gîte correspond tout à fait à la description et est très bien équipé. Il offre beaucoup de confort avec une belle piscine chauffée. Le gîte est proche de sites intéressants à visiter. Mr et Mme Macia sont accueillants et disponibles. Merci pour la bouteille de vin.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Es ist alles super in diesem Haus, die Vermieter sind super nett. Kleiner Kritikpunkt, in den Schlafräumen ist keine Klimaanlage und die Schneidebrettchen könnten erneuert werden.

Villa provençale qui porte bien son nom ; d'une propreté impeccable où rien ne manque ; les propriétaires sont très accueillants, très disponibles et plein de bonnes suggestions pour les visites et restaurants. Beaucoup de choses à voir sans trop de km comme Avignon, Orange, Grignan,des grottes à faire aux portes de l'Ardèche. Une piscine spacieuse et entretenue régulièrement par le propriétaire. Calme assuré car villa au bout d'une impasse au milieu des vignes, des truffières et des oliveraies. Que du bonheur. A consommer sans modération. Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit tollem Pool und Garten

Wir hatten wunderbare Tage in dem tollen Ferienhaus von Mme und M Macia. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen, es ist modern, gemütlich und absolut mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünschen kann. Es ist sehr sauber und bestens gepflegt. Den Garten und den Pool haben wir viel und gerne genutzt. Auch hier ist alles absolut top. Sehr angenehm war auch, dass wir die Garage benutzen konnten. Mme und M Macia sind sehr freundliche und liebenswerte Vermieter. Wir empfehlen das Haus uneingeschränkt weiter und kommen selber gerne wieder!

Schönes Ferienhaus mit kompletter Ausstattung

Das schöne, rund zehn Jahre alte Ferienhaus in Colonzelle ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und vollständig ausgestattet. Besonders gefallen haben uns die komplett eingerichtete Küche, die Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten im und ums Haus, der Planchagrill und der tolle Pool, der regelmässig gereinigt wurde. Leider war es Ende September / anfangs Oktober bereits etwas zu kalt für ein längeres Bad - die Kinder hatten am Plantschen trotzdem Spass. M. und Mme Macia sind sehr angenehme und zuvorkommende Vermieter und die Gegend sehr schön. Wir empfehlen das Objekt gerne weiter!
