6 person holiday home in Hejls-By Traum

Vacation home with a magnificent view of the water and a wonderful terrace, as well as an outdoor whirlpool for relaxing hours. Here you can sit back and relax outside and enjoy the magnificent coastal landscape right from the front row! The vacation home is only about 10 m from the beautiful lake and nature area Noret in Hejlsminde. The view of the lake with its bird life, including sea eagles, and the sunset is stunning. On the terrace, you can sit in the hot tub and gaze up at the stars! The holiday home is continuously maintained and was most recently fitted with a new conservatory in 2021, which has since been used as a living room. From here, a sliding door gives you access to the beautiful terrace area. The conservatory brings a lot of light into the house and at the same time gives you an incredible view of the water. There are two bedrooms in the house; one with a double bed, the other with a double bed and a single bunk bed. The terrace is equipped with sun loungers, garden furniture, and lounge sets where you can relax. With Hejlsminde beach only about 75 meters away, a quick dip in the water is no big deal. The beach is characterized by its light sand and child-friendly shore. The small marina with its many sailing boats and several fishing boats is only about 200 meters away. No rentals to youth groups!A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
