You will be located right across the street from Memorial Park which has a wonderful playground, volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, the Tybee Library, and the YMCA. This great mid-island location is within a short walk of several more popular restaurants.

The ground level includes a 2 car garage, entry foyer, a ground-level patio, and a walking exit to the beach. This three-story townhome features a residential private elevator for guest use. The main foyer stairway leads to the 2nd floor which is the main level of the townhome. Upstairs, guests are welcomed to a beautiful open floor plan with tile floors and direct Ocean Views. Watch the sunrise from the living area which includes a Queen sleeper sofa, flat-screen TV, and furnished balcony with stunning views of the seashore. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher and a Keurig coffee maker. This level also has a guest bedroom with a Queen bed and a full bathroom in the hall. On the top floor are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a King bed, flat-screen TV, and an attached private bath. This room features private access to a covered balcony with patio seating and stunning ocean views. The third-floor guest bedroom has a Queen-size bed and a flat-screen TV, and an attached full guest bathroom. This level also includes a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The ground-level attached garage has parking space for 2 standard size vehicles. A third parking space that can accommodate an oversized vehicle is located in the gated parking area adjacent to the townhomes. Beachside Colony has just completed an all-new expansion of the pool and patio area.
