Simply Wonderful

Craythornes is an incredible home, Sarah a wonderful host and Bloomstays a fantastic agent. Every step of the way people were kind, helpful and professional and we had an amazing time. Thanks so much for letting us stay in your home and being so accommodating.

Super Craythornes

This lovely home is just great for a family holiday. The pool is always a winner with children (and adults when it gets hot!) and the games room provides a useful time filler for the more energetic! The bedrooms are all comfortable, kitchen well equipped and lots of break out spaces for those that like a little 'me time'. The BBQ, fire pit, fish pond and outdoor games all provided those little 'extras' that make a holiday memorable. We loved it!

Initially a little disappointed by the condition of the buildings but the children had lots of fun.

As above on the building but the young ones enjoyed the pool and the fishes in the pond. The dog was happy in the garden. Not easy to find as the web image does not reflect its location or the approach and parking. I had to phone the owner to find it.

A fabulous family stay

My extended family and I had the most wonderful stay at Craythornes. The pool area and garden were fantastic, and there was an abundance of space indoors that meant we all had chance to be together but also space out and chill out. The teenagers particularly loved the film room! We would definitely stay again.

Perfect for a group New Year's Eve celebration

Craythornes is a beautiful house with masses of character, perfect for a group New Year's Eve celebration. We particularly loved the spacious kitchen, the extremely comfortable beds and the easy access to Dungeness. The owner was incredibly welcoming, helpful and relaxed which we really appreciated, and we had great communication & flexibility from Bloom Stays in the run-up.

Cozy and comfortable for large groups of all ages

We hired the house for the weekend for a group of 10 adults and 11 children. The house is incredibly spacious whilst being cozy and comfortable. We all fell in love with the kitchen which had a lovely seating area and pellet burner, a perfect place for a drink and a chat. The house is really well equipped with everything you could imagine needing. Sarah was incredibly helpful and great at communicating. I would highly recommend the house and the area for a weekend away.

Making a life time memory of an Holiday at Craythornes

We were amazed with the warm welcome extended by the host of this property. We stayed in this property for couple of nights, it was an stay with our friends and family which will be remembered life time. The property was clean and bedding linens were fresh. Had plenty of rooms to explore along with few hidden gems with in the property. We had a request with hosts to extends our checkout time by couple of hours which was pleasantly accepted. Given the chance we will be staying again in this property. We simply loved the location, cleanliness and everything about the property.

Amazing Property and Host

Wow what an amazing property and host. We hired Craythornes out for my friends to gather for my 50th. What a gem this find was. The house is massive and accommodating for all ages. Its quirky character and decor made it even more amazing. The house layout meant that rain or shine it could accommodate us all without feeling cramped whatsoever. There was plenty of rooms for everyone to utilise from the open plan kitchen with sofa and chairs, to the lounge, the conservatory, games room, garden. The pool was so lovely. Perfect temperature, clean and safe if you have you gets ones as it’s fenced off. The deep end has slanted walls so for the youngest ones it’s easy for them to get to the edge and get out. There are plenty of Sun loungers and seats around the pool. The new games room was fab although we only used it briefly Plenty of garden area, seating and garden games. The kitchen was fully stocked with plates/pots/pans /- everything you need. The bedrooms were clean, big, and the beds were so comfy. Plenty of bath and pool towels available. Plenty of toilets and bathrooms in the house Sarah the host was amazing - we felt at home and everything was perfect for us. I didn’t want to leave and am definitely planning a return visit There was nothing to not like about this property and its facilities. Everything is thought of and available I would 100% recommend Craythornes and I cannot wait to return

A fantastic birthday weekend

We stayed at Craythornes for the weekend as a family and had an amazing time. The house is perfect for large groups and great for socialising, with great facilities. The host was lovely and answered any questions we had. The only thing I’d highlight is that the sofa bed in the cinema room isn’t really a bed and was very uncomfortable. We also had some issues with drainage in one of the bathrooms which made it unusable but the host was looking into this. Overall we had a fantastic stay!
