Villa Es Bufedo is a modern holiday home on the seafront with spectacular views of the sea, Cabrera Island and Es Trenc Beach in Cala Pi, Mallorca



Villa Es Bufedo is located in the quiet area of Cala Pi, just 800 metres from the beautiful sandy beach and the centre of this small coastal town, which makes it perfect for holidays with family and friends. The Ses Penyes viewpoint with 180º views of the sea is located 50 metres away, just along the path to the beach.



Villa Es Bufedo has 2 heights and has the following layout: when entering the house, you arrive at a spacious and bright open-plan living room with a relaxation area with a TV, a large dining table for 8 diners and a fully equipped kitchen. From every corner of the living room and from a covered porch with outdoor furniture, which can be accessed from the living room, you will enjoy impressive views of the sea. On the same floor, there is a bedroom with two double beds and a full bathroom with a shower. Going up the quite wide staircase, we enter the first floor where we find three more bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a whirlpool bath and a shower. This bedroom has a large glass window that opens up impressive views of the sea and the island of Cabrera. Next to it is another bedroom with a double bed and a small balcony with the same views. Third bedroom with a double bed shares the full bathroom with the shower with the second bedroom.



Villa Es Bufedo is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable and worry-free stay: air conditioning in each room, WiFi, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and kitchen utensils, large built-in wardrobes in all bedrooms, bed sheets, bath and pool towels, etc.



The exterior is impressive, with sea views from every corner, a large swimming pool, garden furniture and loungers, and a barbecue for your al fresco dinners.



Cala Pi is a small coastal town famous for its beautiful beach with easy access and all services at hand; in 20 minutes by car you will reach Arenal de Sa Rápita beach with its beach bars; in 30 minutes by car you could be at Es Trenc beach - the virgin beach of Mallorca - with several restaurants offering typical Mallorcan and Mediterranean food; and the city of Palma de Mallorca with its cultural and historical heritage, shopping, multiple restaurants and bars, daily and nightly leisure can be reached in 40 minutes by car.
