The 30-hectare estate, located 450 metres above sea level, offers a magnificent view of the Emilian hills and borders the golf course of the Salsomaggiore Terme Golf Club.
A large private pool, an orchard, an agroforest, and plenty of peace and quiet make this place unique. The 130-square-meter apartment is located on the ground floor and is entirely dedicated to guests, while the estate’s owners live on the ground floor and will be happy to assist you with any needs you may have.
