Take a short 12 minute drive to the sandy Arenal Beach of Javea for a day out. The First level offers the main living & dining areas with an open plan kitchen. The Kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, oven and Integrated dishwasher. A dual fireplace heats both the dining area as well as the living area. Take a walk down the passage to enter the first bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower services this bedroom in the hallway. The next bedroom is the main bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom. Return to the dining area and you’ll find a staircase to the lower level which boasts 2 bedrooms and a kitchenette with a small fridge and washing machine. The first bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. These bedrooms are separated by double doors and share a full en-suite bathroom. Gain access to the pool area from the lower level kitchenette or enter via the outside stairway at the top level. The entire property and outside areas are exclusively available to guests. The swimming pool offers heating during colder months (excluding June through to October) and this cost will be calculated according to the duration of your stay which will be an extra expense, should you request the pool be heated during your stay.
