LOFT DELUXE MAGNOLIA OVINDOLI

Surrounded by the breathtaking landscape of the Abruzzo Apennines at 1,500 meters of altitude, Magnolia Loft Ovindoli Ski Mountain Retreat is an elegant and welcoming retreat designed for those seeking nature, relaxation, sports and culture. Located just two kilometers from Ovindoli s historic center and very close to the Monte Magnola ski lifts, the loft is perfect for winter stays filled with skiing and snowboarding, as well as for summer escapes among trails, forests and the stunning scenery of the Velino Sirente Natural Park.



The interior is modern, warm and thoughtfully designed to offer comfort and tranquility, making it ideal for couples, families or small groups. Bright spaces and well organized areas create a relaxing atmosphere where you can unwind after a day outdoors.



Whether you love winter sports, mountain hiking or cultural excursions, Loft Deluxe Magnolia is the ideal base. Nearby you ll find panoramic trails, historic fortified villages, protected natural areas and seasonal activities for all ages. During winter, the local skibus to the Monte Magnola slopes stops just a short walk away.



The loft includes all essential comforts: a fully equipped kitchen, heating, Smart TV, Wi Fi, bathroom with shower, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine with capsules provided. House rules ensure a clean and peaceful environment: smoking is prohibited, pets are not allowed, and quiet hours must be respected.

The guests has access to the hobby area and to a small playground for children and to a large outside parking spot for free. Next to the apartment there is the famous "Park Hotel", where you could use the bar and the restaurant.

The loft is ideal for 2 people, but it can easily host 3 guests using the single bed. The loft consists in a living room with sofa bed and dining table, wood stove, a fully equipped kitchen, a fully equipped bathroom and a double bedroom. The heating is centralised. There is a balcony from which one could enjoy the panorama on the mountains.

In the price gas, light and heating are all included. The structure has a private parking spot, alternatively you can use the outside parking space for free. The apartment is a Loft, which means there are no doors to divide the bedroom from the livingroom. The loft is at 5th floor, the elevator works till the 4th, so you will have to go through one stair set.
