VILLA MARYGRACE is the upper floor of a villa located in Forte dei Marmi almost on the beach, in an easy 2 mins walk away.



The apartment has a private separate entrance and on the lower floor apartment lives the gentle owner Maria Grazia.

The house has a private fenced parking, Barbeque, garden with table and chairs + sofas for the exclusive use of the guests.

The Living room has tv with SKY CHANNELS (movies in English), WIFI, fully equipped kitchen and terrace.



Air conditioning is only in the living room.



The villa is just 300 meters from the beach, close to the fancy shopping area of Forte dei Marmi.

Vielen lieben Dank für diesen tollen Urlaub!

Wir waren mit 2 Familien in der Wohnung (4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder). Die Vermieterin ist sehr, sehr, sehr nett und freundlich. Die Aufteilung der Wohnung war für uns perfekt. Die Kinder konnten schon schlafen gehen und hatten im hinteren Teil der Wohnung ihre Ruhe und wir konnten noch im Wohnbereich sitzen. Die Wohnung hat auch einen eigenen privaten Hauseingang. Die Küche hatte sehr umfangreiche Ausstattung. Die Lage ist super. Nah zum Strand und eine leckere Pizzeria "il Timone" um die Ecke. Wir haben Ausflüge nach Pisa, Florenz, Manarola und Wanderungen im wunderschönen Hinterland von dort unternehmen können.

La casa corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione, pulita, ordinata , fresca. Si trova a qualche passo dalla spiaggia, tutto è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi o in bicicletta: supermercato , panetteria, farmacia e negozi vari. Ideale con bambini piccoli perchè la logistica è davvero semplice. Una nota in particolare merita la gentilezza della nostra Ospite che è stata più che disponibile e ci ha accolto con un calore e una gentilezza senza pari
