Sleeping Arrangements:

• Bedroom 3: Twin bunk bed and a full bed, with a shared hallway bathroom, closet, and smart TV.

Kitchen & Dining: Our well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook your favorite meals.
• Full-size fridge/freezer with ice maker, stove, oven, and dishwasher.
• Pots, pans, and cooking basics are provided.
• Small appliances include an AirFryer, toaster, blender, and crock-pot.
• A coffee bar includes a starter pack of Keurig coffee pods, hot chocolate, tea, creamer, and sugar.

Guests will have private access to the entire home and the spacious property. Enjoy seamless arrivals anytime after check-in with our simple self-check-in process using a secure keypad.

Please note that the garage and a supply closet are reserved for maintenance use and are not available for guests. We do also have outside cameras that face the street and over the garage to make sure all cars are parked on our driveway.

We believe in giving our guests their privacy to enjoy their vacation. We will not be present during your stay but are available via the app or phone if you need anything at all. Your comfort and a 5-star experience are our top priorities!

We have 24-hour support provided by the local house manager. She is available for any questions or concerns you may have. Owners are also local and will be available on-site for any emergency.



Permitted Vacation Rental:
We are a permitted rental through El Dorado County. The following rules are from the County of South Lake Tahoe, and we must follow each of them. Failure to do so will result in fines being directly applied to the renter and immediate termination of the rental agreement with no refund. These are rules that every permitted vacation rental has to follow:
1) A written contract from the host to the renter is required.
2) 10 pm - 9 am is quiet time for all rentals. Absolutely no noise between this time.
3) Trash cannot be left outside and must go into the bear box, which is the brown box on our driveway. Please don't use the neighbor's trash cans.
4) No parties and a very strict rule of a max of 6 people at all times (over the age of 5).
5) A max of 4 cars and all cars have to be parked in the driveway at all times—no street parking at any time.

**Construction Notice:** Please be aware that construction projects are happening on our street and next door through 2026. During winter, construction activity will be limited.

**Special Discounts:** We are honored to provide special discounts for veterans and first responders.

Convenient

The cabin was perfectly located and so easy to find and access. The place was clean and absolutely fit the description online. We enjoyed spending some time indoors although most of our time was spent exploring the town. Diana and Phillip were so easy to communicate with and always available. Checking in and out was a breeze. I would recommend this place to families and small groups, the location is very convenient.

Had a pleasant stay at this quite place

House was clean and neat. Since it was hot summer, needed fans. Fans were available in all the rooms except for one bedroom and the living room. Kitchen was stocked with enough utensils and plates. TV in every room was nice. Kids had fun with bunk beds. Overall, a nice stay.

Basic accommodations next to a busy road

We needed 3 bedrooms for a weekend visit to Tahoe for a wedding. This fit that need. There were several things that could have been improved with little effort/expense that would have made it better. We arrived 20 minutes before official check in because we had to get ready to go to the rehearsal dinner, but it was not clean yet. They needed at least another 1/2 hour they said. Ok, so we waited in our car. Not the end of the world. But the rest of the minor things added up: super loud road, no a/c, motion lights in the bedrooms that went off if we so much as rolled over in bed, no dishcloths or sponges, no towel bars in the bathrooms, some carpet stains that were prominent. On the plus side; it was convenient to the center of Tahoe where we needed to be for some of the events, there was enough seating for the 6 of us, there were enough bath towels, soap, dishwasher pods.

We have been coming to this home since we were little, spending countless summers on the lake and winters by the fire, making memories that have shaped some of our favorite moments together. It means so much to us to now share this special place with other families and hope they create the same kind of lasting memories and traditions that we have cherished for so many years.

What makes this property unique

Nestled among towering pines in the peaceful Montgomery Estates area of South Lake Tahoe, the cabin captures the classic charm of a vintage Sierra retreat with the comfort and functionality today’s mountain travelers look for. Originally built in 1972, this single-story chalet-style home blends rustic Tahoe character with an inviting, open layout designed for relaxing after a day on the lake, trails, or ski slopes.

The cabin features approximately 1,232 square feet of living space with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, creating an ideal setting for families, couples, or small groups seeking a cozy mountain getaway. Vaulted open-beam ceilings and a prow-front architectural design give the great room an airy yet intimate feel, while the wood-burning fireplace with insert creates the perfect gathering spot on snowy evenings. Large sliding glass doors open to the deck surrounded by forested scenery, extending the living space outdoors for morning coffee, summer dinners, or quiet evenings beneath the pines.

Set on nearly a third of an acre in a quiet cul-de-sac neighborhood, the property offers both privacy and easy access to the best of Tahoe. Miles of hiking and mountain biking trails are nearby, and Heavenly Mountain Resort, the lake, dining, and shopping are only a short drive away. The location is especially appealing for outdoor enthusiasts who want quick access to year-round adventure while still enjoying the tranquility of a residential mountain setting.

Inside, the home maintains a warm, classic Tahoe ambiance with natural wood finishes, cozy carpeting, and large windows that bring in filtered mountain light. The kitchen is fully functional with updated appliances and practical features such as the laundry closet.
